MUST SEE when in the area - VERY CUTE area - at the end of a long two lane country road - only a few buildings here but everything is cute - nice waterfront views from a high bluff.
Worth the trip down the long well maintained dirt road - still has people around though - not able to go in most of the buildings. Beautiful surroundings
I had high hopes but not much left and flat terrain - Sego was much prettier in the hills about an hour away

WOW!! You would never guess how great this tour is! It is a MUST DO! The history that oozes out of this place is awesome and the tour makes it much more than just a cool looking building. Also highly suggest the Thurmond ghost town a few miles up the road when in the area.
Cool old beat up car in weeds, several earthen dwellings still around, falling down building, railroad bridges, etc.. road is passible with a 2wd in good weather but very narrow with few places to turn around. There is a small town cemetery and some nice cliff drawings before actually getting to the old town.
Mind blowing - expect to spend all day if you guy the 3 part pass - words do not do it justice. It felt like I entered another world.
