AWESOME! MUST SEE! expect to spend 3 hours walking around this incredible wilderness of cliffs, trees, water, etc. Bring water, good shoes that you don't mind getting wet, shorts... Nice little spot to eat and cool little store/gift shop at the top of the hill. Really neat is how much cooler it is down in the canyon.

My favorite amusement park and I have been to many - free parking, free entry, pay for tickets to ride any rides you want or just walk around this beautiful OLDER park. Lots of trees, classic Americana feel everywhere, free shows, good food, reasonable prices, interesting free exhibits..... Lots of covered bridges nearby to see and beautiful countryside driving.... expect to spend several hours without kids and all day with.

Better get here quick - I was there last month - got in by calling the number on the gate getting the code and depositing money at the un-manned gate house. Really neat to see what is left - remember this is just a studio set - fake partial buildings that were poorly constructed and falling apart from the weather. Expect to spend an hour looking around - the grounds are pretty cool with all the big trees, waterfront and moss.

I find this place hard to describe - There seems to be a feeling about this place - A great view in all directions, warm breezes, solitude, calming feeling, etc... bring water and just walk around taking in the feeling of history and envision what it was like. There is also a scenic drive and a nice visitor center.

Must see - steep hike up but well worth it - go early to beat the heat and bring water and a picnic lunch - expect to spend at least 3 hours or more.

Great place to stay - love the amenities - ride the boat around, group campfires, movies, pool, good walking, nice camp store, nice wooded feel, etc... We use it to see the surrounding area and other parks too while in the area.

LOVED IT - MUST SEE!!! Nice boat ride over and awesome grounds - really neat to see how it was made and being kept - The grounds will take as long to see as the castle - expect to spend 4 hours. When in the area there is also a nice boat ride to Singer castle that will take about 4 hours round trip. Nice to see the clear water and all the islands.

Pure Americana - expect to spend 2-3 hours here - getting a bit old but that is the fun of it too... There is a water park nearby and a nice boat trip with crystal clear water. I call this a must see when in the area. Also - don't miss the Manatee preserve a short distance away - expect to spend 3 hours there.

Really pretty building. Lots to see in the area - lots of nice architecture abounds. The carriage ride we caught out front was well worth it. You can spend a week or more in town and have a great time. Go around in the trolley, see the botanical garden, sculpture garden, etc... Make sure to get a Muffelatta sandwich at Central Grocery when in town!
