Excellent. Easy Acess For Most Rigs. Maybe Not Semis But Otherwise A Solid Dump. It Is $15 And They Do Have A Camera Right On Your Plates.
Absolutely wonderful people live in this town. They told us about this place while we were at one of the two bars in town. Both of which are worth checking out by the way. Free camping for 7 days. Walk to the bars. Dump station down the street. I saw a spicket for water at the campsite but not sure it works. We didn’t try it.

Lots and lots of room to camp far away from your neighbors. Easily accessible from the road. AT&T and Verizon LTE. Really wide open. We were lucky enough to be here when the desert was in full bloom!

We didn’t hook up. Just stayed in the parking lot. It was quiet and clean. We didn’t gamble because we don’t like wearing masks. It makes gambling no fun and I’m from Vegas. It makes everything no fun for me PTSD and people look scary, and it doesn’t work. But that’s not really about the parking. The spot was great and we are grateful for it.
LOL to the reviews below. You get a free place to camp as you are passing through. No one owes you free electric.
This is an excellent free dump in a really friendly town. Free potable water and a dump with a very large pull in area for any size rig.
We were really far away from everyone. Walked our dogs everyday on the endless roads. 10 minutes to town. Fast internet service. Lots and lots of huge, clear spaces. What more could you ask for?
A bit of trash but that’s sadly normal these days. The further out you go, the less trash. Do keep your dogs on a leash if they don’t recall well because prickers are abundant. This is Arizona Trust Land. It’s $15 for a permit for the year. It’s the way they keep out the homeless. You have to move a half mile every 14 days. We were here in October. Can’t imagine how hot it is in the summer!

AT&T great. Verizon not great but ok. This area was clean with fantastic views of Laramie which is a super awesome little town with great vibes and restaurants. Unfortunately it was extremely windy while we stayed here but that didn't stop us from just walking through the fields. It was really easy to acess and we arrived almost at dark. It took some time to find a level spot so we didn't unhitch until the morning. This was a great spot. I would recommend it.

Dump station is not free. You will get a ticket. It is included with your overnight fees $40 for two weeks $180 for six months.
The potable water is near the dog run. It can be hard to find. The dump is not free. It’s $5.
Sand burrs! They are everywhere! Our dog couldn't walk anywhere. The bugs are out of control. It was so dirty and full of trash. It looked great online but the reality is not so great. You are not close to the water for kayaking and its mucky and full of bugs. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because of the view was incredible.
