An old park, and it shows. Very close to neighbors and a tree that scraped the decal on our fifth wheel as we were trying to get out. Not the cleanest, very dusty and pea gravel. Some road noise.

We always stay here when visiting East out of San Diego, or on our way back. The owner is the nicest guy. He is always upgrading. The park is immaculate!

My wife like it?? Maybe because of the cool mountain air.
The site was not level back end down quite a bit. The sewer and water were at the far back end and required an extension. We were right next next to the highway. Mostly resident rvers here so overnight or two get the poor sites.
As always, friendly owner and outstanding park. We always stay here when coming or going East out of San Diego. The owner came out to let us access our site when we arrived to early. He is a great guy who really cares about the park. He is always upgrading or maintaining, putting in a Pickle Ball Court, new sites for vans, and just replaced the fencing around the dog park. Can’t say enough!

A pleasant find, much nicer than most KOA Journeys. An older style KOA but clean and well kept. Really nice folks. Good wifi.

The drought has taken its toll on this park. It is very brown and dry, trees are dying, so little or no shade. Permanent residents and workers have taken up the sites with the best shade and greenery. Upkeep on the sites is just ok. Noticed leaky plumbing at one site. Wood work is worn. Poor wifi, which is a disappointment. Hook ups are ok.

Nice long sites. The drought has really hurt this place. Very dry, grass is all dead, and there are a few stickers that got into my dogs foot. Great wifi and cell coverage is good. They used a white gravel everywhere here, and it has become pulverized into a chalky white which gets messy and onto everything, and flies around which we really didn’t like.
Keep driving! Shows great amenities. Pool is empty and filthy. Third rate inn next door. Was told to “pick” a pull thru, but skip the first four since they had “issues”. Only plus is full hookup. Roads and sites worn and broken.
