We didn’t book a premium site. When we arrived there was a big mud puddle we had to jump over. Yes it had rained the night before. We called and asked that somebody come by with a shovel to clean it up. They responded that they had forwarded to message to guest services. Nobody came. Trash pickup offered but one day it was not picked up. Water at dog park did not work. In our area the lighting was poor. All in all in all not so good unless you pay $$
You have to be as rich as a Vanderbilt to afford a visit!
Outrageous! You can’t even see the building without getting tickets. And the PRICE? $114 to see the building and grounds, $144 to go inside. PER PERSON! travelled for 11/2 hours to see it. So disappointed!
An older park. 50+ so no kiddos. Narrow streets but all paved. Concrete pads. Very green grassy fields. Lots of resident rigs here but all in good shape. Quiet. CC or cash only.
A very nice and friendly park. Sites are on a hill so there are many levels. Nicely forested with mature trees. Very pretty.
ConsExtremely poor water pressure. Narrow roads, lots of trees. Poor internet here. Signage needs improvement, also for the trails.
Pros: very nicely forested so very pretty. Halfway between National Park and towns. Cable TV, full hook up. Friendly folks at office.
Lots of mature trees, some with dead branches. No WIFI there. Leaky water spigot. It’s sufficient for anything close to NY. Took the Long Island Railroad and subway in to the city.
Big property with every imaginable amenity and lots of activities for kids. Very well manicured and cared for. Acceptable wifi. A nice one!
Mature trees. New miniature golf, new big pool. Friendly ppl. Wifi was so so. Overall a nice campground.
Picturesque campground with nice mature trees. Asked for a satellite friendly site and they put us under a huge tree. Could not get reception. Sites need work in general. They have great wifi and tv cable.
