Their website states there is no public dump station. We stopped anyway just to confirm and written on a whiteboard outside the office is, There is NO public dump station.

I really liked this campground. The sites were all level with water and electricity, though there is no rhyme or reason to the layout. 20 of the sites are on the water and they cost $30 a night. Off the water is $20 a night. You will need to purchase a "membership" to stay. It is good for a year and costs $25.

No real hiking from the park, but a great spot for watching launches. There were two SpaceX launches during our stay. Very close to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex which is VERY expensive, $80 a person, and more of a theme park experience than a museum experience. I got to see some cool things, but would not do it again. The bird watching is amazing, lots of species.

Large recreating area with laundry. Wash is $1.50 and dryer is $1.00. Only a couple of open bathrooms, and no showers. There is a dump station but it is in a little bit of an ackward location. Also why do dump stations sometimes have the connection above the ground with a curb around it? What is so tough about making it flush or slightly below ground.

No one seems to walk here, driving their trucks if they need to travel more than 50 yards.

Starlink worked great here.

The sites here are all level and most of them are pull throughs. All are full hookups. There is no bathhouse or bathroom buildings. There are bathrooms at the "clubhouse", but I never found them unlocked. It is very peaceful to walk around the lakes. The park is right on a county road, so the sites closest to the road get a bit of noise.

The campground is a typical private park and the sites are close together. You have no privacy, though our site, 104, seemed better than most. The staff is fantastic and they have a shuttle into St. Augustine and you can arrange tours through the campground. We used the shuttle and bought tickets for Nights of Lights and it was wonderful!

Nice stop, but I wouldn't stay here again as it isn't our type of place.

The park wifi worked well as did Starlink.

Stopped here to spend the night and break up a long drive. There are 13 trailer parking spots in the first entrance just south of the store/Denny's. We took the Truck entrance which has a huge parking lot north of the fuel pumps. We were able to find a spot that had a buffer marked off in yellow hatching for light poles which allowed us to safely put out our slide. Typical truck stop with trucks moving about all night and engines running all night, but for me it was just white noise and I slept great!

Had breakfast the next morning at Denny's which is always a treat.

We really enjoyed this campground. The sites were level and felt private. Nice bathhouse with hot showers. Free wifi throughout the park, and FREE laundry! You will get some noise from the military activities, but it wasn't bothersome.

While we were here, they decorated the place up and one night had hay rides though the Christmas decorations. Lots of fun.

Close to Savannah for visiting, there was decent hiking from the campground. I liked this campground alot and would gladly return.

Didn't try Starlink as there was free wifi, but in my loop it wouldn't have worked due to the trees. In the full hook up portion, it is wide open and Starlink would have worked just fine.

We used this as a base for visiting sights in the area. Short drive to St. Louis, very interesting historical site Cahokia Mounds. Also went to Copper Fire in Belleville to listen to live music.

The campground is not very private, half of the sites are paved and the other half are gravel. All sites have electric and water and there is a dump station behind the bathhouse. Nice free showers. This is a fairly typical FamCamp, but in my opinion is a pretty good deal at $25 and a short drive to attractions. Walking around the lake in the morning is so peaceful.

I didn't experience broken items or sites being used as storage like other reviewers.

Good Starlink coverage.

What a great spot. There are lots of campsites throughout this area. Lots of roads to checkout and each road has a number of sites on it. If you don't cluster near the entrance, the sites are very large and private. We camped at 38.4015 -106.0959 and our site was huge and provided good Starlink coverage. Cel coverage was pretty good in one position in the RV, otherwise it was non existent. Great views across the valley to the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The roads are great, no problems with any rigs. We had no problems with any OHVs and the Rainbow Trail is a short 2 mile drive away. You can get dump for $10 at the Poncha Springs Visitor Center and fill water for free. There are two holes and easy in and easy out. While you are in the area, be sure to get a sandwich at the Poncha Pub. It is the best sandwich place ever and we stop everytime we are in the area.

This location is what dispersed camping is all about.

These sites were all nice and level with each site having a covered concrete pad over the picnic table. It is a little strange in that you must make a reservation for a free site which results in alot of sites being reserved, but not used as there is no incentive to cancel your reservation if your plans change. Very limited hiking opportunities from the campground as it is surrounded by private property. Lots of hunters were out and about and using the boat ramp. At night it was nice and quiet with decent solar production in site number 2. This site is next to the playground which could be a problem, but wasn't used during our stay. Site number 2 also worked well for Starlink, and I don't think any of the other sites would have worked. No water here.

This is a beautiful free boondocking area near the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The roads are all good. When entering the boondocking area, there is the circle to the left which has room for about three rigs. Passing the circle, there is a knoll on the left that has room for a big rig. Continuing on, there is a road on the right leading to a ridge. There is room up on the ridge for six comfortably. Further down the road, there are four more sites on the right side. The last one is at the fence and is gorgeous, but you would have to go through the gate to get turned around. There are no signs on the gate, so there is no problem going through and you can even camp on the other side of the gate as there are a couple of sites and no sign banning camping in the area.

Great base to use for visiting Medora and the National Park. Don't pass up hiking the Petrified Forest trail just north of this area, it is amazing and we saw lots of bison on that trail. Great Starliink speeds.

We stayed here while we looked for a home base in Canon City. This was a wonderful place. It is close to Canon City and has incredible views. Plus lots of trails in the area along with alot of dinasour fossil history. We did see some snow on a couple of mornings, but it is a great BLM dispersed camping area. Solar production was great and Starlink worked flawlessly.
