New owners, making improvements and price is about $15 more than before

Very basic old school RV park. Spaces are tightly packed and it’s been raining so standing water on my parking spot.

Owner was very nice and although $39 for one night was high he offered me a rate of $36 the next time I come through...not likely 😉

It’s a safe place to park but not worth the price. It was a $20 - $25 value.

Pretty close to the interstate Highway so some road noise is expected.

Just passing through the area and decided to get off the road early.

Nice long pull through camping spots, I think all of the spots are pull through so we didn’t have to unhook our minivan off the tow-dolly, always a plus.

Nice green grass all mowed, would easily recommend this place.

All sites look to have power up to 50 Amps, water and sewer.

$34.00 is with the Good Sam discounts so don’t know if without it would be more.

Paid $16 a night at Sr rate in November. Fine for my 40’ rig, plenty of space and pretty quiet in November

Nice campground for us. Although we stayed here just one night it would be nice for several days.

Lots of pull-through spots so nice not to unhook. It’s also a National Park so my Sr. Pass applied making it a bit cheaper.

Our site had 50Amp hookups as well as water...I’m sure a dump-site is close by.

Not the $21 Passport America price but full price of now $50...

Tonight is my first Lot Docking at the nearby Wally World.

Although the site was okay, getting in involved driving through a lot of low hanging branches and NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY!!

There was a river on the side of our camping spot but the highway was just as close on the other side so in the end this was little more than a shabby pull out off the highway.

Backbone area is cool, a nice hike up very slippery paths with 100’ drop off.

Could be nice but looks more like its had 10 or 20 years of neglect.

Also...the online APP reservation.Gov charged me $18 with my Sr. discount and when we got there the sites were $10 per site and my Sr discount should have been only $5.

We have stopped here several times along the way to visit our daughter in Las Vegas. This makes for an easy trip for completing our journey.

The place is almost primitive. There is a washroom and a dump-site on the way out. The roads are really not very big-rig friendly but just go slow through the unkept roads.

It’s a quiet spot and again…this is our 4rd or 4th time staying here so, we like it well enough.

We stopped here for one night and it does fill up pretty well. There is descent space between camping spots, looks like mostly 50 Amp service but some areas are 30 Amp.

We were backed right on the lake or a very short walk. If your a rock painting kinda person then you’re going to love the beach! It’s nothing but small rocks that are rounded from centuries of waves.

There is a huge spread of painted rocks on the way to the beach so that’s interesting in itself.

The place is clean overall. Group water posts around. Sewer dump on your way out or in.

Besides the park fees they hit you with a $9.00 fee for entering in and out so I thought that was weird.

Seemed like everyone had a fire going in the fire-ring so it has smoke. If you don’t like that you should try and park close to the water and the wind will blow it mostly away.

Stayed for a few days during the weekdays and I hear the noise picks up a good bit on weekends. Nice clean campground, very decent space between sites.

The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Just a great place.
