In the mid 1990's, Jennifer and I served for two summers on a mission team at Barefoot RV Resort in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. While we were there, we fell in love with the people and experience of RV camping. For many years we talked about getting a camper and dreamed of the many places we would love to visit, but between the demands of babies and ministry and life, the dream got buried under our daily planner.
Fast forward twenty years to 2016 and we have a new perspective. Our kids are growing up way too fast and the loss of a number of family and friends have made us keenly aware of the fragility and brevity of this life and so, we decided the time was right to pursue this dream.
So at the end of Summer 2017, we took off for a three week journey to the West. This an itinerary of our trip!
