Friendly staff and a nice spot. Close to some great sights and a town with every amenity.
I would recommend this place.
Very beautiful views from any campsite throughout. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend!!!
Beautiful location. Near 4 Corners and Mesa Verde National Park. We were worn out from so many nights in a tent so we stayed in one of their cabins. The beds were rock hard so on the second night we put our air mattresses on top and slept like babies. Hosts were great!
Located 8 miles from the entrance of Mesa Verde National Park. Very dog friendly with a K9 park, 3 acre dog run and a dog walking path. The staff was very hard working cleaning each site after its use and sanitizing everywhere, even the picnic tables daily. The camping sites were all gravel but level. We took a site that did not have full hookups so we needed to use the dump. The dump was a little tight which made it difficult to use. The store had everything you could need and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting Mesa Verde Natl park. This KOA was close and reviews seemed to indicate it would suit our needs. Very pleased we stayed here! Campground was well maintained and facilities clean. The camp manager Ken was great! We had some electric issues with our rig and he took the time to help us. Will definately stay here again.

Don’t understand the glowing reviews. Wasn’t crowded but we were given possibly the worst site. No shade in sight. It was a dustbowl. People speeding by in their autos making it worse. WiFi didn’t work which is a priority for us. I’ll give credit for their attempt at extra coronavirus cleaning.

As you would expect a koa to be, clean and easy access. Close to Mesa verde national park. One night is enough. Noise is relative to the people around you. Had a big screen tv next to us shine our evening out.😑
