Oasis RV Resort Amarillo

• Level concrete site
• The cable TV is terrible
• Wifi is pretty decent
• Laundry is pay by app, last thing I want is another app on my phone
• Showers are great, lots of pressure and hot water, very spacious
• Fairly quiet, there is a highway near by, but not an issue
• Would stay here again

Nice place, very big, if you have dogs stay close to the dog area as they aren’t allowed in all the grass areas. Clean and spacious spots. Good general store also, nice people as well.

For the needs my trip required Oasis provided. Clean and level concrete pads, clean bathrooms, plenty of space between pads, nice game room. I did not get to check out the store. I will do so next time. Oh yeah, Love’s truck stop near the entrance to the campground. I will be using Oasis for all my trips to Colorado and New Mexico.

VERY clean park in the middle of incredible high winds (don’t bother putting your awnings out). Restroom and Shower Combos (individual and private rooms) are very nice and clean!!!

It is a concrete and gravel park. With grassy areas saved for play area and dog walk. For me, no scenery or Mother Nature to enjoy. But saying this, we will be back next week for another one-night stay.

One of our favorite rv parks on our thanksgiving trip. We are going to stay again on our way home. Very clean, cool, accommodating and great for any trip heading west from North Texas.

The rate reflects the weekly rate. The campground has mostly pull-through concrete sites that are large and very clean. The setup is basically a big parking lot but there is ample room between the sites and there are several thoughtful amenities including take out pizza (we didn't try it.), a hot tub, a pool and spa (closed during our stay) and several meeting rooms with comfortable chairs.

We would definitely stay again.

This RV park is pavement, concrete, and gravel. Mostly pull-thru, and can accommodate very large RVs. No shade at all and I can't imagine being there without AC.

Kids liked the pool. I liked the private bathroom/shower. Hubby liked dinner. The RV staff arranged for a free limo (looked like it was from the 80's or 90's with steer horns on the front) from the Big Texan to pick us up at our site. We ate dinner at the Big Texan and then were driven back to our site. Hubby loved it. I thought that it was an experience all right.

We also went to the Cadillac Ranch which is close by.

This is a very large campground just off of I-40. Check in is quick and easy. The sites are long and level and reasonably spaced. WII FI works but slow. No problem with satellite coverage as there are very few trees. There is noise from the interstate but it's far enough away that it's not too bad. We stayed here in a motorhome.

This is a well-run park with large level spots, just west of Amarillo. The staff was among the friendliest we have encountered anywhere. Everything is clean and well-cared for. It seems like most of the spots are permanent residents.

This is on the nice side of the "KOA-style" parking lot type parks. Worth the stop.

We made reservations for Oasis Rv Park a couple of days in advance, and when we arrived, our site was ready and check-in was painless. The people at the front office are helpful and friendly.

The park has all the amenities you'd expect from a large facility like this one - 189 spaces - laundry, wifi, cable tv, pet friendly, kid's play area, propane, pool. Most of the sites are pull-through, and are level and spacious. Hookups are in great condition - water pressure is strong, the power connectors and cable are easy to get to, and the sewer is close by. There are a number of long-term residents in the park, but nothing run-down or shabby-looking. The park is extremely quiet at night

The park is ten years old, but kept in top shape. Situated just down the frontage road from Cadillac Ranch, access to the park is easy from I-40 at exit 60.

Only fluke I found was that the cable system had no local channels - we had to switch back to over-the-air for local weather information. Not a deal-breaker for either of us, to be sure.
