We arrived during a wet afternoon of thunderstorms. The dirt road from main highway was messy but doable.

We stayed in Site #1, a grassy and level pull through full hookup next to the small fishing pond. Beautiful and quiet.

Nice bathrooms and showers next to an awesome, clean and well-maintained swimming pool The owners couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating.

This campground is not a resort, but it is a lovely respite close to the intersection of interstates 95 and 26.

Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

Horribly overpriced, but level gravel sites with concrete pads and FHUs. Nice bathrooms and showers. This is a “nothing” RV park though, a couple of long termers and a bunch of empty sites. Not sure what the resort price (it should be half of this) justifies. The park is situated between a laser tag joint and a lower end motel, but kudos to its nearness to I-10. Arrival super easy- just confirmed we were in our site via text message. No one on site to check in with…

Like others, we found this RV park a great overnight stop while traveling I-10. Many long termers, but they stayed to themselves. Road noise from highway, but not a negative for us. Sites are gravel/rock with grassy areas adjacent. Not perfectly level, but we wiggled the trailer around a bit in the spot until we got close. Full hookups. Laundry onsite, though we didn’t use. Looked clean. Bathroom is an odd layout with no doors separating stalls or toilet - curtains only. They were perfectly functional and clean though. Good value!

A lovely campground off the beaten path. Close enough to everything that you’ll want to see. Great staff. Great walking loop. Laundry and bath facilities top notch. We’ll stocked store, but not for perishables (except ice cream). No worries, though. Publix is only a couple of miles away.

Relatively level granite chips for our site. Sewer located downward from site, so easy offload. Good electric and cable connections.

Sketchy cellular service; for once, AT&T seemed to have advantage. Verizon weak. TMobile/Sprint weak.

FHU sites are level and have a small pad with a picnic table. All of the property is very dusty, like all of west Texas. Close to town, but not too close. Noise from I-10, but not bad. Bathrooms clean; private shower suites (one mens, one womens). Pool was nice, too. Easy on/off I-10. Nice manager showed us to our site. Reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Right off I-10, this park is convenient to thru travelers looking for a quick overnight. Not horribly expensive. Full hook ups, clean level site. Easy in and out. Bathrooms dated but super clean. Many long-term campers here but no problem, everyone was cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Not sure how this campground rates an average of four stars. We arrived in mid afternoon to an empty office. We parked ourselves with no problem in our reserved site.

First, the good: 1. Conveniently located off I-26. 2. Clean, functional bath house with good water pressure and hot water.

The bad: 1. The roadways around the campground are decrepit. In spots, they are deeply rutted from poor drainage and the resulting runoff. See pics. 2. Our site was very unlevel front to back, resulting in about a 5 inch differential in the front. 3. Our site was occupied by an inexplicable pile of trash just outside our door. See pics. 4. Our site also contained a free-floating section of wooden decking, ostensibly for our comfort and enjoyment. However, this item was nothing more than a warped and weathered trip hazard. Truly dangerous. 5. The campground generally appears worn and rundown. There are several structures on the property in need of repair or removal. These structures, an A-frame cottage near the lake and the bridge that is part of a walkway over the lake are considerable hazards.

We will find an alternative in the future.

This park is located along a quiet stretch of SR 50 between Titusville and Orlando. Both are pretty easily accessible, though Orlando is a bit further. Disney is on the other side of town, so this park is probably too far to be a good theme park base.

Many full-time snowbird residents. All seem very friendly. Some run down looking rigs, but most are nice. Amenities include a number of very clean restroom/shower/laundry facilities. There is also a small heated pool that seems popular, even in the cooler weather. Sunday night bingo and Monday morning $3 breakfast.

Some spots near the front are very tight, clearly for smaller rigs.

In the weeks leading up to our stay here, we saw some news articles and reports about homeless guests and rowdy neighbors that gave us pause for concern about our choice to stay here. We are glad we discounted those and elected to evaluate this place on our own.

Recent rule changes and security measures seem to have alleviated any issues. We walked extensively in all three campground loops and saw zero areas of concern. Saw many snowbirds, lots of well-behaved dogs, and generally friendly folks.

Restroom and laundry rooms are well maintained and completely adequate for us.

Our site was wide and open and because there is no specific required orientation for your unit, many options are available regarding your set up.
