Horribly overpriced, but level gravel sites with concrete pads and FHUs. Nice bathrooms and showers. This is a “nothing” RV park though, a couple of long termers and a bunch of empty sites. Not sure what the resort price (it should be half of this) justifies. The park is situated between a laser tag joint and a lower end motel, but kudos to its nearness to I-10. Arrival super easy- just confirmed we were in our site via text message. No one on site to check in with…

Great nights sleep. Easy access from interstate. Easy check-in, pleasant staff. 30/50 amp, water, sewer, level concrete pad, fast wi-fi, 4 bar Verizon, low road noise. We did not check out the laundry or the restrooms, but it was a new building.
We will stay here on our return trip!

This is not what I consider a campground. It's just a place to park with full hookups. Pics are probably before the hurricane. I only texted the attendant and they were nice however, this is just an overgrown grass lot with grass clipping covered gravel and pads. Never could get the WIFI to work but the staff tried. I expect the new owners are doing the best they can and with time it will be nice again. But for now you may want to try somewhere else.

The pictures must be super old, the park was quite empty. Besides my initial phone call all other communication came by text and email The wifi was not working and no answer to my email or text for help. We just needed a rest stop and it worked for that. Fantastic location right off the 10. With a little TLC this place could really be booming and worth the $53 a night. No pull throughs.

This park has new owners and is now known as rustic oak RV Park. Use The Rustic Oak website to make reservations. It's a very nice park close to the interstate, walmart, and the usual restaurants. Nice level parking pads and concrete patios with full hookups at all 56 Sites. Very fast Wi-Fi. Five bars AT&T. Like new very nice restrooms. Seems like a nice neighborhood.
