We were able to get a spot here after someone else had cancelled. Our site was wooded (many are in a treeless field). It was just long enough to fit our 5th wheel. The water hookups are shared between multiple sites and we had to to run to the hardware store to buy another hose (needed 75 ft). Electric and water services were fine. There are no sewer connections but there is a two-way dump station. My wife us d the bathhouse and said it was okay. There is a 7 mile (one-way) paved trail along Cape acid canal and the beach is fantastic. Its long and the view is very nice. There is a snack shack at the beach that serves burgers, ice cream, drinks, etc. It is about an hour and twenty minutes to downtown Boston.

This is now a KOA and they are investing $ to make this a better place. Appeared to have a new basketball court and playground. The dog park was good. Our site was level and heavily shaded. These sites have partial sewer connections (grey water but no black water). This was not a problem for us since it was only overnight. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. One issue was some of the turns are very tight so you have be aware. The campground is in a good location near, but not too near, the interstate. The biggest challenge for this place is doing something about some of the permanent residents. I know its income, but some of the "RVs" were in such disrepair it was a major eyesore.

Nice KOA that appears to be well cared for. We have a 42 ft 5th wheel and it was a pain to get in our pull-thru site. Some low limbs to deal with as well. If you have a big rig there is a storage area behind the campground where you can turn around vs maneuvering the interior roads. The workers were all super nice. I would stay here again during “off season” now that I have a better understanding of the layout of the campground. However I would probably skip it if it was peak season due to the size of our rigs and the limited site/road size. Our site was level and all utilities worked great.

A great stop on the way through Washington. 3 miles off I90. It’s not overly big rig friendly but it’s manageable. The park has two sections (upper and lower) with a mix of pull throughs and back in sites. All sites are FHU. The roads are paved and the sites gravel. There is a nice day use area with a a beach on the Columbia River. Check in was fairly simple. You DON’T need the discover pass if staying overnight. Check the bulletin board for open/non-reserved sites and pay cash/check at the iron ranger or pay with cc at the ranger station. It was very quite with great views. We wanted to stay another night but our site was reserved and didn’t want to pack up to relocate.

This is a nice, quite state park about 30 minutes from Buffalo and an hour from niagra falls. The darien Lake amusement park is 3 miles from the state park. We’re towing a 42 ft 5th wheel and it was a bit of a chore to get it in to our back in site, but there plenty of sites that will accommodate big rigs. We got the last site available so we didn’t have much choice. There is 50AMP service but no weather or electric. We would stay her again.

We intended to only stay for a night but liked it so much we stayed an additional night. We camped in the Catfish loop, site 119 as the antelope loop was not open for the season. The site was level and easily accommodated our 42 ft 5th wheel. It’s a partial hookup site with W/E inlay (30 amp). There is a walking path from several of the sites, including 119, to the river. We had limited cel service with ATT and Verizon even with a booster, but that wasn’t a deterrent. Note: we drove around to select our site and then used the self pay kiosk. There is firewood for purchase at the camp host site Self pay as well. Also there is some distant train noise but not horrible

The many of pull through and back in sites are very large with plenty of room for our 42ft 5th wheel. The sites have a picnic table, fire ring, and any have FHUs. All the sites have tall hedges that create a privacy barrier between you and your neighbors. The staff was very friendly and the park is very week kept. It’s about 1.5 miles to the town center of Ferndale and about 7 miles from Bellingham. There is some traffic and train noise. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a really nice campground about a mile or so from downtown Pagosa Springs. There were only a handful of RVs in the park during our stay which helped as it would be a pain to maneuver our 42ft 5th wheel through the park to our site if it were full. We had to back out of our pull through. However, all the utilities worked well, its a very nice setting with a short walking path. Deer came through the grounds each evening. We would stay here again for sure, but probably chose a backed site along the back or site 7 (if available) as it had the best angle to the exit. There is a store on the grounds, but it was closed temporarily due to COVID-19.

We stayed here for one night in our way back to the lower 48. Well maintained with a bunch of varying length/width back in sites and a handful of pull through sites. We chose a back in for our 42ft 5th wheel as some of the pull through would have been challenging. The sites are level. There is lake access (beautiful) a playground, free firewood, etc. The rate reflects the conversion to USD. BTW...solid AT&T LTE service.

After spending several months here over the past 3 winters/falls, we’ve decided that even the good location can’t offset the negatives of this place and we’ll take our business elsewhere. The location is good for Park City access. Although it is right on I80 so you have to deal with the noise. But poor/rude customer service, sporadic snow removal, lost reservation, tired facilities, tight sites, etc. are some of the reasons we won’t return.
