Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on September 09, 2023This is now a KOA and they are investing $ to make this a better place. Appeared to have a new basketball court and playground. The dog park was good. Our site was level and heavily shaded. These sites have partial sewer connections (grey water but no black water). This was not a problem for us since it was only overnight. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. One issue was some of the turns are very tight so you have be aware. The campground is in a good location near, but not too near, the interstate. The biggest challenge for this place is doing something about some of the permanent residents. I know its income, but some of the "RVs" were in such disrepair it was a major eyesore.

Lots of construction around the pool. Roads inside the campground are in rough condition, asphalt with a mix of dirt and gravel. Some sites like mine were fresh gravel but many others were old gravel with lots of weeds. Most sites are shaded with tall trees. The grounds are not neat, stuff scattered around. 2 bar ATT 5G. WiFi was acceptable. My site was quiet. Sites by the road are noisy.

• Okay location.
• Poor WIFI.
• Good cable TV.
• My site was long enough for the RV and toad.
• No sewer at any of the sites, you can drain grey water but not black. You have to use the sani dump on your way out.
• Washrooms and showers could use some TLC.
• Campground needs some money invested back in.
• Mostly seasonal campers, it feels like your in a low rent trailer park.
• Quite disappointing for a KOA.
