This KOA is located near the resort towns of Woodstock and Lincoln, NH. We had site 1 which barely accommodated our 42 ft 5th wheel but the site was shaded and level. All the utilities worked well. There is a huge open area for the kids that has a bounce pillow, playground, and more. There is a nice walking trail to the river and a small lake. The town of Lincoln is very nice with a lot of restaurants, a tourist train, etc. There is an abundance of hiking in the area and the White Mountains are amazing. We really loved it here. I would say the only negative is the dusty interior roads.

We stayed here while our kids were in camp. We were in site 904 which is in the new section. Long, level site with two sewer connections. The bath houses were the best we’ve seen. The new section is still a work in progress and the owners have plans for adding other amenities to the section. The KOA is about 1.5 miles for the lake resort town of Naples. WiFi was good and AT&T was 2 bars LTE. 4 bars when using our booster.

Summary: We absolutely love this RV resort. We’ve stayed here several times over the past 4 years and consider it one of the best.
Sites: There are various site lengths. Most recently we stayed in row U which are long and accommodate our 42ft 5th wheel and tow vehicle. The sites are paved and level. You are relatively close to your neighbor with a grass area between each site. Note: The adults only section sites are wider (maybe twice as wide as the family section).
Hook-ups: Full hookups are available and the placement of the utilities are in the middle of the site. GREAT water pressure.
Amenities: This place has it all. Pools, hot tubs, gym, playground, basketball courts, etc. There area couple of dog runs. The dog run in the adults section is huge. Food truck on the most recent weekend that we were here. Trash pickup and propane tank refill (the staff will pick up your tanks and return them full).
Activities: You can rent fat tire bikes and side-by-sides here with the national forest access just minutes away.
Staff: The staff has always been great.
Area: Heber City has it all. Grocery stores, restaurants, brewery, and of course a Wal-Mart. There are several things to do/see in the area such as the crater in Midway (you can Scuba dive here) and we took a tour of the Heber Valley Artisan Cheese Dairy (relies heavily on robotics...very cool). About 25 minutes to Park City.
Reservations: Call or online.
Access: Easy access off of state highway 40 and the interior roads are wide and easy to navigate.
Cell Coverage/Internet/TV: 3 bars of AT&T and Verizon. There is free (3Mb) internet and the option to upgrade through a third party if you want to stream. They have a digital cable lineup as well (over 80 channels).
Price: The price is acceptable for what you get. We just booked for a 3 month winter stay.

NorthLake is a clean and well run RV resort in the NE Houston area. The sites are all paved as are the interior roads. There is a very nice pool/hot tub area, a fishing lake, gym, laundry, propane refill, etc. Basically everything you need. There are a lot of longterm/permanent residents, but nothing junky. The resort is located very near train tracks and a large train yard. It’s also very close to IAH airport. So, there is some noise, but we expected that considering its the greater Houston area. There are restaurants, big box stores, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. very close to the resort. Also, there is a very nice botanical gardens and a park about 2 miles from the resort. We would stay here again when visiting family in the area.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Coarsegold/Yosemite. It is one of the cleanest parks I've stayed in. Level sites, two sewer connections, 50amp, and all the amenities you'll need. There is train and highway noise, but I didn't keep us from a good sleep. The sites are surrounded by orange trees and you are allowed to pick the oranges. The only real issue I had was our 3 interactions with the person working the front desk was less than spectacular. Sort of take your money and leave me alone attitude. However, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 10 days. Nice little park with some FHU 50AMP sites. Most sites are water/electric. There is a dump station, bathrooms/showers, and a laundry room. There is also free WiFi. The location is great. Right behind the train station (yes there is some train noise), next to the Latitude 62 bar and grill, and within walking distance to downtown and the airport. If you have a big rig there are only a few sites that will accommodate you without some tricky parking but it’s possible.

This is a nice RV park close to I10. Our site (79) was long with plenty of room for our 5th wheel and truck. Paved site and very level. There is some train noise at night but nothing horrible. My only issue is being penalized for having our two kids with us. An additional $8 ($4 per kid) per night is excessive.

Summary: We wanted to be close to Kalispell and this is the only decent game in town. There is also a mobile home neighborhood that shares the property. Both properties (mobile home and RV park) are well kept and quiet. We would stay here again due to the proximity to Kalispell and Whitefish, the quietness, and the cleanliness of the RV park.

Sites: The site we were in (79) was long enough to easily accommodate our 42ft 5th wheel and leave ample parking for our truck in front or behind our rig. The site was level and gravel. There is a picnic table at the site.
Hook-ups: We had a site with full hookups and 50A. Utilities connections were located in the middle of the site. We had to use the water connection that is about 2 feet below the ground surface (for winter use). It was a bit of a pain to connect, but not anything major.
Amenities: There is a gift shop/store that was operating on an offseason schedule. There is a fenced dog run.
Activities: There is a creek with a swimming area for people and dogs. There are canoe rentals (not available during offseason) and a playground area.
Staff: Friendly staff, but not really around much during the offseason.
Area: There are all kinds of things to do in and around Kalispell and Whitefish. Kalispell is a reasonably large town (24K people?) with several grocery stores (we used Albertsons), Wal-Mart, Target, Starbucks (we went to the local Sable coffee...great), etc.
Reservations: We tried to make reservations leaving a couple of messages before we arrived. We didn’t get a response. Luckily the maintenance person was onsite when we arrived and pointed us to available sites that would accommodate our rig. We finally were able to connect with staff the following day and pay for a week.
Access: There are some relatively tight roads to get to the park, but nothing too bad. The interior roads are paved and presented no problems.
Cell Coverage/Internet: We had 1 bar of AT&T LTE (boosted) and horrible bandwidth. We used the park’s wifi but really can’t do much more than e-mail. We were able to get some over-air channels and use the park’s cable (meh). Our Verizon hotspot was 4 bars, but we have limited bandwidth (its a backup) but worked great.
Price: Weekly rate was low at $30.27 avg per night.

This is one of the best kept RV parks we’ve stayed at (200+). We were booked for a week and ended up staying 19 nights. The price reflects a weekly rate for a Premium site (17). We did move to a pull through after two weeks and the rate dropped to around $79 a night. Everything in The Keys is expensive and we felt this price was reasonable and fair. The park itself is small (a bonus) and all the work campers were extremely friendly as was Wendy, the owner. There is a beach (no swimming) and small marina area where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. From the marina we launched our paddle boards and worked our way over to the Dolphin Research Center. You can hear the dolphins and occasionally see one splashing around. Within walking distance there is the SS Shipwreck restaurant and bar. The food is good and the beer is cold. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, a Home Depot, etc. within 10-15 minutes of the park. The sites are FHU with 50 amp service. There is cable, but the quality isn’t great. However, cell service (ATT/Verizon) was excellent and we were able to stream movies and TV. The sites are all level and gravel. The entire park is gravel with no grass yards. The waterfront sites have a packed sand yard and lounge chairs at each site. There are two grass areas for pets (neither are fenced, which is really the only improvement that I would recommend). There is a laundry facility, a rec room, a pool and a horseshoe/ladder ball/corn hole area. The Dolphin Research Center is basically next door and the Keys Aquarium Encounter is about a 10 minute drive. There is road noise from highway 1, but that is going the the situation with most locations in the keys. We loved it here and would absolutely stay here again.

Summary
Summary: We just needed a quick, one night stop to break up the drive from northern Montana to northern Utah. This place did the trick. Very clean and quiet with nice views. We would stay here again.
Sites: We were in site C3 and it was long and relatively level and gravel. There is a picnic table at the site and grass separating you from your neighbor. We didn't have anyone on either side of us, but there is sufficient room between sites.
Hook-ups: We only had electric (50/30) and sewer. The water was shut off for the winter, but there are a couple of places in the park where you can fill your water tanks (site A-14 and B-6). Utilities are closer to the middle, in front of the site.
Amenities: Can't comment on this as we were only here for an evening.
Activities: We didn’t notice any. Plenty of grassy areas to walk the dog.
Staff: No interaction with staff.
Area: We were only here for a night so I don’t know all the activities of the local area, but there is a small movie theater, a couple of grocery stores, a handful of restaurants, etc. from what we saw.
Reservations: During the off-season, the office is closed. You self-register at the office and put your payment information in the dropbox.. Basically an honor system
Access (off the highway, interior roads)
Access was a breeze. Less than a mile off I15 (west side) and the interior roads are basically ovals.
Cell Coverage/Internet: We had 2 bars of AT&T LTE (not boosted) and great bandwidth and 4 bars of Verizon on our backup jetpack. We didn’t use the park’s wifi.
Price: Off-season rate is $25 per night. Water and electric only.
