A great place to spend a few days to hike or bike! There are numerous hiking and biking trails near camping sites.

It’s a great little camping area with a pit toilet and shelters at the North and South units. There is not a lot of room near the shelters for any more than a couple of campers. There is a wide flat lot on the river just south of the South unit that has ample room for more campers. There is very little shade in the camping area other than the shelters.

Great spot for an overnighter, very clean, well equipped and easy access off of the I-40.

The campground is located 15 minutes or so south off I94 down a maintained gravel road. It is located on a small lake which does not have a designated swimming area. The campground has a couple rock rings for a fire pit and one pit toilet. Shade is hard to find in most locations in the campground.

We found this to be one of the nicest dispersed camping sites we’ve stayed. There is plenty of privacy between lots. The pit toilets were very clean. Lots of hiking & biking trails throughout the area.

Tiny little camping spot conveniently located minutes from Page, Az. Six sights, quite level, picnic table, and no other amenities. Good place for a quick overnight.

We left Glacier N. P. heading south looking for a place to spend the night. This was the perfect place. There are 6 sites in a little city park that are just perfect for an overnight. It’s a short 5 minute walk to a fairly well stocked grocery store. There is also a city pool and showers in the park for a small fee as well as a tennis court, basketball court and skate park. A free dump station is also provided! The site is located next to the highway but the noise wasn’t really a problem.

The campground is located just north of Challis off of Hwy. 93. When you exit 93 you cross over the Salmon river and you are in the campground. There are camping areas north and south of the entrance. The campground is quite flat and can accommodate most sizes of campers. There are a few sites right on the river. The pit toilets were very clean! I did not see any water available.

This is a great spot for a quick overnight, close to the highway, great view, and nice level sites. Pit toilets were very clean and well supplied.
