We stayed one night in July 2022 in site C34. It was quiet where we were despite being close to the interstate we couldn't hear it at all. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. All facilities were very clean. Their little store has a lot of fun stuff in it! Pizza and ice cream on site is a bonus. We had a full hook up and pull through site for our 40' RV. We did have to park our toad in the little over flow parking, but that was right next to our site so it was fine. We would stay here again if passing through. We were able to use the internet and cell coverage was good. But, we also utilize a pep-wave router. We were in an aisle that had large trees which was great for shade (a dead branch fell on our roof, but no damage), but there were other aisles which had no trees, if that's important to you, or not.

We stayed here for 21 days in September so really got to see the in's and outs of the entire park. Pros of the campground: Great location to Bryce Canyon & Zion NParks, Because it's a smaller campground it feels more personable and quaint. It's quiet & peaceful, has a good camp store, nice patios & firepits on the larger sites (specifically C22), perfect for campers/rv’s 35’ or less. Convenient to town and grocery shopping. Laundry room was clean. Good overflow/guest parking areas. Our specific site was C22 and it was mostly shaded. Gravel driveways. We had a pull-through which barely fit our 40' RV. Cons of the campground: Showers/toilets weren’t the cleanest. The park is not really big rig friendly (40’+) even though you can fit a big rig into the longer site. This is due to the streets being narrow, corners narrow and the tree limbs & branches are definitely on top of the bigger/taller rigs. We didn't appreciate having multiple tree branches on top of us the entire time and the other big rigs that pulled in had the same issues with tree branches scraping their sides and roofs. The office hours are really limited.

Stayed for 3 weeks.
Site was gravel and exceptionally well maintained
Power (50 amp) was good no issues
Water - good no issues
Sewer - good location no issues
Laundry facilities on site - and exceptionally clean.
Nice pool, rec room, meeting room, small outdated workout room (but, I did use it)
Small Play area for children, outdoor patio with gas grill for guests.
Roads and access to sites all nice and large enough for big rigs. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers: D & B Supply is across the street, really nice store with helpful staff.
Flying J - fuel for Trucks and RV's within 1/2 mile. Easy on and easy off the freeway.
Movie theatre 5-10 miles from resort.
lot's of shopping with 10-15 miles
Car dealerships close by 10-15 miles (had routine service performed on my tow vehicle)

We stayed here in our 40' RV with toad for 1 month from mid-March to mid-April 2022. Due to being here a month we had a steeply discounted nightly rate. I can't say enough good things about this RV Resort. G7 Resorts really know what they're doing. From the friendly and organized staff, to the clean and quiet grounds it's been a joy to be here this long. We both work full time from our RV so the importance of excellent wi-fi can't be stressed enough. We had perfectly reliable wi-fi connection while here. Their campground wi-fi is very fast and reliable, but we also used our pep-wave router at times as well. The laundry room we used atleast 2-3 times per week and they were always clean, well-lit, and everything was working. The private showers we took advantage of as well to save the wear and tear on our rig. They too were in perfect condition, cleaned daily with bath mats provided. Large concrete pull-through sites with conveniently placed hook-ups along with picnic tables made the stay very pleasant. The entire park is paved which helps cut down on dirt/dust (with the exception of the grassy areas between each site for the picnic table). Guests were friendly, yet people mainly just stay to themselves and are very quiet. There are many longer term and full time "residents" here and everyone seemed happy and respectful. We even had our mail forwarded here the entire time we stayed. Having Wal-Mart and a brand new healthy grocery store within walking distance was very beneficial. Easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be back to this resort. We camped at Mountain Home RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 weeks mid-August to Sept. 1st. We loved how spacious the sites were (we were in 243), quiet the park was, and the fact that we could walk to the "downtown". It was easy to stay here and the clean park made it even easier. Especially the bathrooms, laundry, and showers which we use. Checking in was easy and the staff was knowledgeable. They have a cute store with anything you can think of. We were able to get mail and packages delivered here too. Paved streets with gravel sites. Sites have a picnic table and very small patio area. Site 243 is a pull-through and not far from the garbage and showers/ laundry which for us is convenient and appreciated. We disconnected our tow vehicle and had plenty of space behind our rig to park it. The site was very long so easily accommodated our 40' motorhome and 20' car. The interior roads were easy to navigate and very wide in our area which looked to be a newer part of the park. There was plenty of space between each site. We had full hook-ups and had no problems with connecting everything. There were trees which provided some shade. We didn't have any problems with the wi-fi, however, we also use a pepwave router so that may be why internet was no problem. Since we both work full time from our motorhome it's a must that we have internet. We highly recommend this campground.

Easy in and easy out. This park was very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful covered patio with grills, high top tables, regular tables, bean bag toss games, and other amenities perfect for a small event by the main office. Showers / bathrooms were clean and private. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Close enough to I-90 to be very convenient on and off, yet far enough away there's no highway noise. New fire pits on the campsites. We were in site C11 for just one night. Gravel, level, pull through with water only (no sewer hook-ups). Patio table and firepit. Long enough for our 40' rig, and our tow vehicle we were able to pull up alongside of our RV. Not really long enough to park behind it. Trees all around for shade. Pretty close to the next campsite. C11 is on the end of a row. 50/30/20 Power available at the site and easy to hook up to. Interior roads were just wide enough and easy to navigate. We'll definitely be back. Probably one of the nicest KOA's we've ever stayed at. They are definitely putting in the work to upgrade things as the landscaping and new pavers look great!

We stayed here in July 2022. Yes, you're right next to the interstate and can hear all the traffic. However, the site we were in had a beautiful patio with a fire pit, gas grill, umbrella table and chairs, and privacy fence on one side. We couldn't get over how clean the facilities were. The bathrooms and showers were spotless! Not a piece of litter in sight anywhere. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and the service the entire stay was top-notch. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again when we pass through. Some of the sites also had private dog kennels in them. Kids area was great. We had no problem with internet/streaming, but we also use a pep-wave router. Cell service was good. Easy on-off the interstate.

I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner campground! The grounds crew and staff work tirelessly to make sure the entire resort is spotless. From the bathrooms/showers, laundry, pool area, grounds, to the landscaping, it's completely trash and mess free! We stayed from mid-May until mid-June (slightly over one month) 2022 and felt very welcomed and appreciated by the staff. Everyone was so helpful from the time we checked in (escorted to our site and were told all about the area amenities/restaurants/fun stuff) until check-out. Having Colorado National Monument right in the backyard was a major bonus and the reason we choose to stay here. We went on many walks through the James M. Robb Colorado River State Park across the street. Not to mention Dinosaur Hill right up the road and the McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area a mile away. There is no shortage of outdoor activities here. The campground was quiet and campers were respectful of others. We had a 95' pull-through site #55. Yes, you are close to your neighbors, but we had zero issues with the space. Easy, full hook-ups. This is one of our favorite campgrounds and we'll definitely be visiting again. We have a 40' RV with toad.

Cute little RV Campground with helpful and accommodating owners. Very quiet, no road noise. Loved the labyrinth and small scatterings of quaint art. Extremely clean grounds, laundry, restrooms and showers. Sites are gravel and level. Very friendly folks. We’ll definitely be staying overnight again. The wi-fi worked well too. Hookups are conveniently placed.

We were only here overnight so don't have a lot to add (July 15, 2023). We found it was a bit tight to fit in our big rig as pulling in and pulling out were made harder by the fact that some other guests had parked their trucks beyond their designated site sticking out into the road making it more challenging to arrive and pull-out than it should have been. The lack of guest parking etiquette isn't the resorts fault, so take it with a grain of salt. However, even pulling in to the entry way of the resort there were 2 pick-up trucks parked back to back along the side making it very hard to even get into the park. Bathrooms / showers were large and clean and we appreciated that you had to have a security code to get into them and they were each private individual little rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The overall park was clean. Pull through but we had to park our tow vehicle sideways at the front of our rig, along with most of the others doing the same thing. The site was a concrete pull-through which had a patio table, easy hook-ups, and was clean. I'm pretty sure we'd be back if in the area, but are really concerned about how hard it was to get our RV in and out.
