Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 28, 2021This is a small RV resort and marina with wide concrete sites, grass, some trees, an indoor pool and hot tub. We stayed during a super heat wave (106) and found the indoor pool perfect because it is in the shade and it is the perfect temperature. There are two washer/dryer areas (we didn't use them because we have our own in our rig. The showers are roomy, have great water pressure and are free. Plus there is a small convenience store in the office. The staff are very helpful and kind.
We took back streets to connect up to the bike path, which is only a mile and a half or so from the resort. All flat easy riding. Costco, Walmart and Albertsons are also only a mile and a half away. Super easy to ride a bike to, or drive for that matter.
Our rate reflects the monthly rate. We also had to pay for electricity.
We gave this resort a 3 star for noise because it is between two highways so there is truck noise; jake brakes, etc. The vehicle noise wasn't too loud, it's just that you can hear it.

Our price reflects the weekly rate. All previous reviews are accurate. I also recommend Roosters on the Waterfront restaurant—sit on the patio and order the fish tacos with a local stout or house pinot gris (A to Z when I was there).

Came for 1 day and now 1 week later I am still busy and also relaxed. So I want to ride my Goldwing? Fish, Jet Boat the Snake River, Sturgeon fish with guides, sail my kayak, ebike miles of paved trails or just sight see?

We were in what they consider premium, with water view. Water view was small section of the public marina, which was “down” the road. The interior sites seemed much nicer. I guess it’s just personal preference. Green manicured grass sites and paved. Level. Didn’t use facilities. Office/ rec room very clean. Laundry small and tidy. Didn’t use. Public restrooms and public parking on the property. Guess that’s because of the marina.
Noise was bad due to the fact our site was next to main roads.

We were only here overnight so don't have a lot to add (July 15, 2023). We found it was a bit tight to fit in our big rig as pulling in and pulling out were made harder by the fact that some other guests had parked their trucks beyond their designated site sticking out into the road making it more challenging to arrive and pull-out than it should have been. The lack of guest parking etiquette isn't the resorts fault, so take it with a grain of salt. However, even pulling in to the entry way of the resort there were 2 pick-up trucks parked back to back along the side making it very hard to even get into the park. Bathrooms / showers were large and clean and we appreciated that you had to have a security code to get into them and they were each private individual little rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The overall park was clean. Pull through but we had to park our tow vehicle sideways at the front of our rig, along with most of the others doing the same thing. The site was a concrete pull-through which had a patio table, easy hook-ups, and was clean. I'm pretty sure we'd be back if in the area, but are really concerned about how hard it was to get our RV in and out.
