We made a reservation the morning-of in early July: turns out we’re the only ones here tonight. There are 5 sites: 4 would take big rigs and have water, power and septic (and all look pretty level). We’re small and don’t need hookups so we stayed in #5. It needs some leveling even for a small teardrop, so be forewarned if you have a large rig.
Theres a fun gazebo with comfy chairs; the silo “cabin” and access to a small lake. We’re here in mid-July and very grateful for a windy/breezy night! Mosquitos are very plentiful, but heck: it’s lame-front in July in the Midwest!
We saw no “staff” but it sounds like there has been a family emergency so we are very comfortable settling in on our own. If you’re used to a full- service RV park this is not that; give them a bit to get their feet under them. Be self-contained or be comfortable with a very clean porta-potty.

The station location is as described: in Quebec street proper not inside the campground. In late October the ability to dump is still there but all water sources have been turned off for water. Campground looks very clean and nice for a small municipality. Grateful this service is here!!

We were in transit mode from the PNW to the midwest and just wanted a place for the night. Bathrooms were clean; we didn't use the showers or the laundry (but they were available). We arrived just at dusk and were given Site #1, and directed to NOT drive over the drain-field. When we got to the site we understood why: it had rained hard for two days and everything (including the area of the drain-field) was totally saturated. Whoever had been in our site the day before had left some deep ruts in an effort to get their rig out. We have a small 15' teardrop and we're pretty good at backing it into tight spaces, but....with a saturated drainfield on one side and a large utility pole to maneuver around (while not driving on/over the drainfield....), I ended up parking our teardrop sort of "across the top" of the site because frankly that's all one could do (a larger rig could not have gotten in without backing in over the wet drainfield.). They had plenty of other higher/drier places we could have been put for the night, not certain why they chose to put us in such a restricted location.
As for freeway noise: yes, LOUD, all night; but we expected that when we saw the RV park from the freeway before we exited. Makes you believe in the logic of Federal funding for our interstate system!!

We were in the Badlands and had our dog, so we needed a place to plug in our teardrop to use the AC...The location is excellent relative to access to the Badlands: you go through the Park to get to the campground and you're IN the Badlands. However, camping in our solar teardrop in the midst of all the "Big Rigs" is not our ideal, but it's the option we had. Restrooms were clean; showers were clean; there was an outside sink for washing dishes as needed; the laundry was clean and the machines ran well with timers to let you know when your load was completed. We had a site with extra space around us and even our own tree!! We were located near to the aerator for the septic pond so odor was a bit of an issue. The campground is HUGE and can accommodate any size RV it seemed plus had an area for tents removed from the RV 's with lots of trees for shade. This is not a negative review for this RV park: there was an active swimming pool, a good pumpout station, a small store. Yes we would stay here again; but we'd ask for one of the perimeter sites to be a few more feet away from all the action.

We were looking for a spot away from the freeway for an overnight. This fit the bill just fine. We had no reservation but they had a night self-checkin. Only negative was that the self-checkin didn’t provide the bathroom code. Called the contact # and we were good to go. An old-fashioned RV park with rook for kids, laundry showers (we didn’t use this facilities). Restrooms were clean; residents were quiet. Extra plus was a very large area to run our dog (not the official dog area, but a large open field as you entered the park). Out of everyone’s way and plenty of room and clean. We’d stay here again for an I-5 one nighter

We stayed here a few years ago and it met our overnight needs, but it was a tired place. They’ve been working in upgrades. The place is clean; sites are all pull-through or some back in. Level gravel in each one. Hiway noise not an issue. Two “real” diners down the road: one open for dinners, one for breakfasts. RV park needs to up its game on hit water but for where we are, I’m grateful for a quiet nights rest.

This is free camping on Forest Service Land just outside the Park. Some level spots but many require risers: like ya challenge for large rigs (there’s a more level choice towards Torrey). Some folks are abusing the privilege to use our National Trust lands to prove they can drive where they should not: try using one of the very many nooks and places that are already established (there are A LOT!). The FS has also added several porta-potties at this site clearly because of the use (and abuse) of the area. Please use them.
The access from the paved road has large rocks and deep divots: proceed with caution. Once past the entrance the going is easier. I wouldn’t bring a low clearance vehicle through the entryway.

We were in transit and only stayed one night, but it was a lovely campground with good trees for shade (and birds!), clean restrooms and showers. Quiet and not too crowded so we didn't feel hemmed in with our small teardrop trailer. Yes, we'd stay again!

Within 15 minutes or so of I-90 a gorgeous setting in an oak forest in the midst of a MN farm. Quiet, well spaced sites; maybe not big enough for huge RV’s but certainly would fit most. Water and power if you need it; a dump station but not individual hookups. Very clean restrooms and showers. Walking trails; kids play area. Not at all your typical RV spot by any means. A few sites have more permanent setups but that’s not an issue. Extremely quiet and immaculate. Because we’re solar and didn’t need power or water hookup, they let us pay rent rates.

We were in transit home after 3 weeks on the road; we just wanted a level spot to park our solar teardrop: no power or water hookups needed. Well, that's what we got for $40 bucks cash: a flat spot in a field on the far edge of the storage area: no hose bib ("you can un-do the sprinkler hose from that bib over at the end of the hose"), no table, nada. I will say the bathrooms were clean; the showers recently upgraded (judging by the wear and tear (none) on the features). A regular site would have been $50 apparently; he thought we were desperate so why not ask for $40 cash when we were already off the hi way and ready to make dinner? We used the restrooms and the showers and in the morning took advantage of the dump station. No reason to camp here again unless you're going from here to there and need a place to stretch out. Freeway is close enough for noise to be bothersome....but bearable. On the bright side, where we were placed was up against a small wetland slough filled with birds in the evening and the next morning: including sandhill cranes calling from the distance.
