Small campground in a small city. In the middle of the park, little traffic noise. Playgrounds, picnic areas, even a small train. Great for overnight with electric and water. Dump station nearby.
$10 for electric in 95 degree temps is a deal. $15 for electric and water is a deal. But $30 for electric, water and sewer not so good. Especially since the wastewater plant on the east side is free, M-F during business hours....
It is open, gravel, no shade. The Wal-Mart closed and moved to a larger location a mile away, so little noise. Semi-resident Frank is usually unseen, but the little yapper Jasmine will greet you, if she’s out.

Very clean, well kept park. Close to the interstellar and major roads, close to stores and restaurants, but far enough to not hear any of it. Sites are almost all full hook ups, with cable TV, camp store, boat ramp, and a community grill and community fire ring for groups. Staff is very friendly, greeting you as they are out and about. Full service lounge onsite, a great bonus.

We stayed because our granddaughters live nearby. Park is clean, activities abound, pools and splash parks are well kept. Tons of activities for kids, but most carry a charge, so be prepared. If we are in the area, and the granddaughters want to stay again, we would stay. Otherwise, it is too hectic for us, and costs more than we like to spend.

This former KOA was operated independently for several decades, and is now a KOA again, renamed Detroit Ann Arbor KOA.
Hopefully, new management will make this park live up to its potential.

We stayed here in advance of the Airstream Club International Rally in Rock Springs. The owners are fantastic! Friendly and helpful. The RV sites are spacious, with some mature trees giving shade. Green grass, quiet area. Horse pulled wagon rides and bonfire most Saturdays as well. The bath house is kept clean. Laundry room on site, $1.50 for wash, $1.50 for dry. The dryers go almost an hour on that, to boot!

Small campground, owners guide you backing into tight spots. Cold weather still has protected water spigots, but you will need a heated hose.
