“Leave the city without being too far”
Come and enjoy the wonderful San Antonio KOA, which sits on 40 acres with trees. It is just 10 minutes from the historic downtown, where you can find The Alamo and the River Walk, as well as many restaurants and entertainment choices. Book a tour that departs from KOA and enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer.
Great KOA, clean, spacious with all amenities, close to attractions. Used the city just to get downtown
Stop across the street one bus, 15 minutes to the Alamo
Nice KOA .. gated, sites level and spaced far enough apart, no traffic noise, clean pool, large laundry, but most importantly, friendly and helpful staff. Five to ten miles to most attractions, great food along the Riverwalk. Highly recommended!
Nice KOA on a creek next to the greenbelt, perfect for a beautiful walk. Close enough to downtown for a fun trip to Riverwalk. Very nice staff, dog friendly, clean, level decent size sites with fire pit and picnic tables.
Absolutely loved our stay. Park was great for the kids!
Traveled cross country and back and stayed at KOAs all the way in cabins. Hands down San Antonio deluxe cabin is the best. No beed for a hotel.
We do a lot of camping while we travel, some KOA some not, and this was easily one of the best campsites we've ever stayed at! Great, spacious, well-kept grounds, a clean swimming pool, individual shower rooms (as well as typically stalls), and very friendly, helpful staff. Very close to the city/highway, yet felt secluded enough to still feel like camping. Other than the mosquitos (which can't really be helped), we loved it! Would absolutely stay again.
2nd time we have stayed here. Easy to get to from I-10. Close to downtown San Antonio and sights. Workers have been friendly on both trips. Wifi works GREAT. With KOA discount less than $39. a night. March 1-3, 2015
