Advertised rate was $35, with difficulty finding a spot on Thanks Giving week we checked this out. Been here one hour and can't wait to move in the morning. Don't feel safe and over come by food smells. There are more feral cats per square foot than we can count. Most sites are long term, only two transient sites.

Wanna Bee Campground now named Nature's Touch is located in a nicely wooded setting in the Wisconsin Dells but the manager is atrocious. When confirming our reservation their email had mistaken our arrival date. When calling to correct this the gentleman who answered to phone was very inept with the computer and took an inordinate amount of time to correct things. I thought we would be coming to a very busy place. Upon arrival we were one of very few campers. There was a note on the door to phone for the manager as he was out on errands. When he arrived there was no greeting only a comment that we owed $68. I asked him about the name change and if the camp was under new management. He only responded that he had been here seven years. He had a real chip on his shoulder. He gave us our site number which didn't have the requested full hook ups. His response was to just take any open site. Later in the afternoon we were bothered by noise of a side by side driving around the campground. But when the leaf blower came on during the dinner hour I complained. The only response I got was "You can hook up and leave if you want". The owner did call later to apologize. They have a real problem with the manager.

Just what we expected in a South Padre Island State Park on the beach. I estimated 600 sites all full. We were near the bay so there were beautiful vistas. There is no shade and it is hot even in April. Good place for beach activities. But be cautioned. Your GPS will send you down a long road that ends in sand with no turn around. Registration is at an unmarked building before you enter the park once you do find it. Paved sites. No WIFI. Free cable with one channel, ESPN. No laundry. Impossible to contact by phone. Lots of room for improvement for a State Park.

Quiet out of the way campground on the Ohio 30' from the water. Well worth the extra 20 minutes from the Interstate. Privately owned small place but well maintained. Located on the Ohio flood plane. The electric boxes are on poles five feet off the ground. You wouldn't want to stay here when the river was flooding. Thirty minutes into Paducah for provisioning and the National Quilt Museum. Nice play ground when it hasn't been flooded by rain. The only noise is the from the barges on the river.

Mike welcomed us for a wonderful one night experience. This quaint farm yard site is quiet, fully equipped and welcoming. Mike gave us a warm welcome and informed us of the local lore. He has established a comfortable RV park in his farm yard. There are full hook ups and level sites. Campers should get to know him, he obviously enjoys your business. WiFi worked well.

Very picturesque. The site was located in a pine forest with shrubs right up against our RV. Level grass site with adjacent cement patio, table and fire pit. Quiet at night but road noise and generators spoiled the daytime solitude. Good location to journey from to see the east side of the Everglades. No WiFi or Cable. Dumping station and water available.

This looked like a good spot from which to visit Mammoth Cave. It was close but proved to be disappointing. The park is played out between an Interstate, a railroad and a waste treatment plant. The first two were noisy and the latter was smelly. Sites were well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities werewolf appointed.
