TERRIBLY low water pressure. Sewer hook-ups at each site are out of commission, one dump site is on location. Level, gravel sites, RV sites located behind the trucker overnight sites and those are frequently full. Definitely not worth the price for these spaces. Possible free boondock/dry camping in the massive parking lot for the casino would be much better value. The casino is fairly large, not a lot of customers when we were there. Customer service at the sports grill in the casino is HORRIBLE. The trucker parking fills up at night and they all seem to run their engines ALL night long! If we need a future stop here, we would dry camp in the parking lot.

Nicely kept resort. Gravel sites surrounded by lawn. There is a small taproom on site that serves beer/wine/snacks. Has a very nice BBQ patio behind the taproom/office, as well as a group fire pit. The hookups are shielded from the neighbors by a small section of 6’ fence. Staff is very pleasant to deal with. Cell service & wifi are hard to get but their public wifi works in and around the taproom.

This review is based on the park as it stood during our stay. It is new to KOA and appears to be under current refurbishment. However, at this time: The driveway is not well marked (small sign hidden by trees on approach) and is a tight turn off the road. The office building is old and needs a full remodel, the store inventory is limited. The gravel interior roads are tight maneuvering through the other RV's. We had a pull through skinny gravel site. It appeared the power towers were mostly new, as were the sites' water supply hoses/spigots. The office gave us a Xerox copy of a park "map" that did not show where the garbage was, and unlike other KOA's was not detailed with local map, services, etc. The laundry/game room/bathroom-shower building is old, beat up, needs full refurbishing, dirty, cobweb covered, holes in the sheetrock. Two beat up washers and two beat up dryers are all the machines, despite room for more. The bath/showers consisted of a single toilet and shower (at least in the men's room), the shower was filthy & covered in cobwebs. The "game room" looked to be used to store junk and may have been in process of getting exterior painting, albeit not in any hurried manner. It appeared there were several long-term residents of the park, in both RV's and some of the cabin units. The landscaping needs a little sprucing up, grass overgrown, some of the "residents" allowed garbage to be strewn about their sites. It does not look like the needed work will be completed anytime soon. It would be interesting to see this place in a year's time to gauge any improvements.

Red Bay is a bit depressed,as far as small Alabama towns go. But this new RV park is a pleasant alternative to all the Tiffin overflow sites scattered around town, mostly gravel lots with FHU’s. RBA has concrete pads, paved roads, well kept landscaping, a fishing pond, one pickleball court, fenced dog run, restaurant on site, & a small store in the office, just to name a few amenities. And so far, no fire ant anthills that I found...

Signage to find the park is a little lacking, gotta watch for the small flags blowing in the wind. Gravel access and interior roads, we had a gravel pull-thru site with FHU's that was level. The laundry room is sufficient, a bit on the rustic side. The kid's playground is definitely anything but modern. Good dog run. Fairly quiet campground, with the exception of the occasional roar emanating from what we suspect is the nearby SpaceX rocket testing facility (no joke). Short drive to Waco. Brandon was pleasant to deal with, check-in/registration is done on-line and/or by phone.

Outstanding RV park! Paved roads, concrete, level pads, well maintained grass between sites, good amount of space between sites, bath/showers immaculate & modern, nice pool area with a tiki bar, boat launch & docks, playground for kids, dog run, & affordable for Passport America members at $180 for a week. Close to A Bay, Clayton, & Cape Vincent. Definite stop while exploring the Thousand Islands area and Canada.

This is a brand new RV resort, half of it still under . The half that is open, holy moly is awesome. Our site was back-in, crushed rock with concrete patio, FHU’s, and clear sky for satellite reception. Family style resort, has a restaurant, playground, beautiful pool area, BBQ area with games/activities for the kids (corn hole, oversized chess, oversized Jenga. Two bocce ball courts, large dog run yard, bicycle rentals, golf cart rentals, small store in check-in center, and rental cabins are just a few of the amenities. They also look like they run a wine tasting van to local wineries. The rate listed was for a 28 day stay (that is their stay limit). We are full time RVers, for the past 6 years & having covered all of the lower 48, this is one of the best RV parks nationwide!

This is a members only RV park. First 2 nights are free, then $20 per night for up to 5 additional nights. 15 large, concrete, level (!) sites set in a cul-de-sac configuration with FHU's, with 8 overflow sites with electric only. Lush green grass, clear skies (for satellite), and good location just outside Cincinnati. It has no facilities other than a dump station, otherwise I would consider it a 5 star.

Nice mountain views all around, “sites” are well scattered. The only drawbacks are that the valley tends to turn into a wind tunnel in the afternoon and the amount of traffic on the dirt road (not a thru road) is unbelievable, creating many mini dust storms. The “babbling creek” disappears about 2 miles in.

Not much to town. Gravel lot with FHU’s. Nice spot to break up the long drives. They are still working on it.
