The interior roads are the worst I have seen in 9 years of full-timing. Pavement is broken up, full of potholes and uneven; maneuvering into our site was a little tight. Our back-in site was heavily forested. The driveway was horrible at the roadway, you can see where numerous campers had bottomed out and gouged the pavement. Once we had checked in, paid up and were in the process of setting up, the office help came and advised us their septic system was being worked on and unavailable for use. No offer of any type of honey wagon, no offer to discount our cost, nothing. Our water source was directly behind and next to the neighbor trailer. When I tried to connect to the 50A service, I got error message on my external surge protector, so 50A was out & good thing thing the 30A worked. Even though the staff was friendly, we will never stay here again.

Concrete pads with FHU's. Open space, interior roads easy to navigate. No amenities except for the casino. We camped at Jackpot Junction Casino RV Park in a Motorhome. I have several photos but since Campendium has a messed up system for loading pix from your computer, me being tech-challenged, I have been unable to figure out how to attach pix.

Nice paved interior roads. Gravel, level sites (at least for the transient campers). Sites feel a little tight when they fill up, They are REALLY tight in the long term resident area. Indoor pool/spa are small for the size of this park; nice game room; clean dog runs; well maintained playground; small camp store. There is constant traffic noise from the highway, not an issue for those of us that are used to traffic, trains, etc.

Typical overpriced KOA. Site was nice, concrete patio with fire pit and picnic table, FHU's. A little tight in navigating some of the turns with the trees. Nice indoor pool area.

This is a 55+ mobile home community with a few sites for RV's passing through. The back-in sites are busted up concrete and thick trees along their backsides with 50A FHU's. Not a RV campground by any means, no facilities or amenities. It's a 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland for seeing the sights, but very affordable to use as a place to sleep while visiting Cleveland. Very quiet location.

We would only camp here again if we had to stop in Butte, but only for the accumulated points in the KOA system. We stayed here a few years ago, not a lot of difference this time. They have some new bathroom/showers that are outstandingly clean. The interior roads are tight, I suggest you disconnect the toad at check-in even though they will tell you you can stay connected. Gravel roads/sites, the landscaping here is in terrible condition; the grass is mostly dead (worker said their irrigation system is non-operable) and the trees and shrubs are in dire need of trimming. FHU's are mid-site, there is some daylight through the trees for satellite and/or solar systems. Staff is very helpful and the grounds are kept clean. Typical family KOA, pool, playground, limited store at the office. As with many KOA's, it is overpriced.

Rate is the daily cost of the weekly rate. Interior roads are paved, sites gravel with concrete patio & full hook ups. Sites are close together, water pressure is a bit low. Very nice, accommodating staff. Clean facilities including clubhouse, pool, spa, dog park & dog run, playground for kids. They do have a monthly rate, but hard to get (limited availability). Of 194 sites, I would estimate about 2/3 are permanent residents, to the detriment of the traveling RV public. Good location, central to the Boise area.

We have stayed here several times over the past 6 years of full-time RVing. This visit we found they have converted a lower area dedicated to tent camping to a very nice RV section. We had space 99, with a nice concrete patio with furniture, beautiful landscaping, gravel site. These sites had W/E (50A) and a honey wagon comes around every day from 0800-1000 hrs. and empties your tanks, whether you are there or not. This has always been a nice family vacation getaway type park with tons of activities for the kids, central location to wine country or San Francisco, and at $65 per night the value beats all those east coast snow-birding "RV resorts" at $100+ per night, hands down. We stayed here to entertain our grandchildren, a 6 y.o. and a 2 y.o. and it was a great time. Woody (the owner) has taken good care of this KOA park.

Nice family park on the river. Playgrounds, beach, dog swimming beach, well kept grounds. Sites are spacious and yet close together. Site #3 might just be the only one of 170+ sites that has a big tree blocking satellite reception. Wifi is OK, not the fastest we have used.

The rate I post is an average. Weekdays are $56, weekends are $64. We got the normal 10% off for our value card membership, plus an extra $50 off for our points accumulated. After the discounts, we're left with $52/night average for the week. As most KOA's are, it is overpriced here. Yes, they have a fishing pond, pool, playground, camp store, and numerous barbecue/sitting areas scattered about the park. Tons of cabins for rent as well. Heavy construction continues in and around the park during the days. The RV sites are concrete and have a large curb to navigate over on both ends of the drive-thru sites. Sites have a nice little grass area however they are full of weeds that produce the small spiral type "burrs" (thorns) that are a heck of a lot sharper and more bothersome than your run-of-the-mill goat heads. To make matters worse, they mow the lawns, even when you are on site, and it makes it that much harder to see the burrs, particularly when walking the dog (and he is a burr magnet!). We'd stay again because of the rewards program. It definitely is a central location to Houston, Conroe, Willis, Egypt, The Woodlands, Panorama Village, Lake Conroe, etc.
