We have been traveling from Virginia and are getting road weary. This place is the perfect stop. Easy access to I40, FHU, PT, 4 bars Verizon coverage, a much needed laundry and quiet roads to walk the dogs. All of this for a great price. I would definitely stay here again!

The campground is about 1/2 seasonal campers and 1/2 transient campers. Normally, to me, this isn’t a plus. But in this campground it is. The owners and the other campers were friendly and informative. We would have missed this great local vibe if we had gone somewhere else. The sites were large enough and well maintained. There is a bathhouse (never used), a playground, heated pool and laundry. All are cleaned and well kept. I was able to work and stream with there wi-fi which was fabulous since we are from the states and my normal methods were going to be expensive! My biggest recommendation is to grocery shop before you get to the campground. The area is rural and other than a ESSO and a great country market options are limited.

We booked for one night because we needed to dump tanks and do laundry. This was a convenient location. Our space was tight, (24 ft class c towing a 2 door Jeep ) and the hook ups work. Wi-Fi was sub par. The laundry room was awful! There were 9 washing machines and only 2 worked. The same with the driers. They have a sign up blaming supply chain issues but another traveler told me it was like this a year ago. It took HOURS to do laundry when it should have taken much longer. The upside is I met several nice people while waiting for a machine to open up.

We loved Ruby’s. It is so close to Bryce you can take the free shuttle!. Our site was large, clean and everything worked. Wi-Fi was spotty, but sell and my hot spot worked. I don’t believe that all of the site were created equal. But ours was site # 219 up on the hill. The site was flat, gravel and spacious.

We had to change sites because site 7 was tiny and near the main campground road. We changed to site 87 and that was great (it was an upgrade). The site was large enough and there was a Wi-Fi tower right near by. The campground was clean and everything worked well, including the laundry room. I was able to mix work with hiking and site seeing. Taos is amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights in site 116. Wi-Fi with our booster was good. Verizon worked well also. Our site was wOoded and private. We loved it. Some sites are in an open field and not as nice. There are seasonal campers that were friendly and almost all of the rigs were clean and up to date. The area is so nice I can see why you would want to stay all summer and fall. The laundry was reasonably close and a great price. The grounds are great! Frisbee golf and a catch and release pond. I hope to come back soon!

We had a PT site and FHU. Right off I64. We used the dog park, showers (broken shower head) and pool. The showers and dog park were great. The pool was small, but good after a long travel day. We would stop again

There is so much to love about Durango and Allen Rose was the perfect base camp. Everything was clean and worked, the dog park is great. They even have pizza (great) and breakfast. The staff was friendly and even offered dog walking so we could take the train to Silverton. (A must!) The sites are close, but I wasn’t in Durango to hang out at my camper, except when I needed to work. The nights were cool and we had no trouble sleeping with the windows open, it was that quiet! I would definitely stay again and again

Wonderland Rv Park is well maintained. It has a good location. With our WeBoost cell service/hot spot worked well. Laundry room was clean. Wi-Fi was definitely hit or miss. Our biggest complaint is our site backed up to rot 24. Motor cycles and 18 wheelers! At night it was mostly quiet and during the day we were gone, but it killed dinner at the campsite. If I had read the Aug 18 review before we booked I never would have stayed. Miss treating a child and property damage are never OK.

FHU for a decent price. I didn’t partake of it but some people ordered ahead and got a pulled pork dinner. It was a great overnight stop. We shopped at some of the Indian made stores and did a beautiful hike at Red Rock Park . ( There is a camp ground there too, and I am glad we stayed at USA RV Park. Too many sketchy long term RV’s. I would also never want to be there for a flooding rain)
