Had dinner in the restaurant. Great wholesome food and nice western setting. Get there early though as there was a big queue when we left at 8.30. General store very impressive.
We stayed at Ruby’s Inn Campground in our 40 foot class A motorhome. Our site was one of the nicer, with shade trees and grass on both sides. Not all sites had that. We were there for quite a long time and the Wi-Fi seemed adequate, the restaurants all served their purpose. We did the Bryce Canyon Pies restaurant which was one of our favorites (elk burgers!). The fast food place at Ruby’s had great white pizza, the all you can eat buffet in the restaurant was very good and we also ate inside of Bryce Canyon at the Lodge, which was also very good but expensive. Ruby’s Campground was very large with lots of walking space however it definitely lacks a fenced in off leash dog run area! This was the biggest drawback for me! Almost everyone camps with their dogs and it would be very affordable to fence in the triangle area where the doggies could go to potty…. Just a suggestion!?!? I was glad we were close to that grassy area for the dog. We enjoyed the pond in the back also; Ruby’s should do more with that; perhaps a dock? We did the Rodeo, fun but almost every cowboy got hurt!? We also did the concert banquet dinner… FUN and met some neat folks. Bryce Canyon is spectacular and Ruby’s Inn was right there! ( Beware of Elevation… hard to breathe)
Great campground very close to the entrance of Bryce. You can drive around and find your own tent site, first come first serve. Very friendly staff, willing to help
Really nice campground. Sites have some shade and are reasonably spaced. Close to the Bryce Canyon entrance and near a very new paved bike trail. Sites are not paved but most are pull through. Wifi is very reliable at about 2 mbs. Small store at campground and larger one at the inn. Clean bathrooms and showers. We would stay here again.
We stayed here the end of April 2023. It was an excellent location near Bryce NP and Dixie National Forest. The Red Canyon of Dixie has some great hikes that are dog friendly! Ruby's was excellent campground for our 38 ft motorhome and toad.
We camped here in the snow! It was an unusually late year for heavy snow and Ruby's had emailed us several times warning us that we were coming right after they opened. So we delayed our visit for two days and shortened it. They made all the changes free and were very nice. It turned out great as Bryce is so beautiful in the snow! And we had electricity at our site and they would have due out the water for us but we didn't want a chance of freezing our connection so didn't. We enjoyed the lunch buffet at the restaurant and used the very nice indoor pool Great spot to enjoy Bryce!
Ruby’s RV Park is a well kept Campground that offers cabins, rv sites (that accommodate all sizes) and even tent camping. The facilities are well kept, very clean which is always really nice! We had a wonderful time there!
Lovely area and so convenient. The shuttles are easy and effective. There are bike trails all through town and they take you directly into all view points of the park. Bryce was our favorite over Zion, just due to the set up and operation of the town, campground, inn, and other activities. Definitely try to do ATV tour and eat at Ebenezer’s music hall.
Great campground, the people at the front desk could be slightly more helpful or friendly.
Overall, we had a great stay. The grounds have a shuttle stop just outside to get into Bryce Canyon. The showers and laundry facilities where clean and well cared for. The kids loved the pool/hot tub. It is a short walk from the RV sites to the general store, restaurants and had station. My only issue was the size and proximity of the RV sites to each other. Our picnic table was literally 3 ft from our neighbors dump station/hook up. Not pleasant at all but thankfully our neighbors had good hookups so we never smelled grossness. I would stay again but would be selective about which site I got.
