Large paved park with good size lots. Full hook up pull through. Best bathrooms ever. Large stalls.. private single rooms ..lots of hooks.. big mirrow and basin endless hot hot water. Next door large laundry house with an ironing board and lots of washer and dryers and folding tables. Large community center with solid wood pool tables. Tables for puzzles and a large collection of books and decent movies . The Verizon coverage was awful. T-
mobile was ok for looking things up.
It's a new large RV park with a lot of though put in the design. some grass no trees yet. Lots of street lights and wide streets.
So much to see and do Silver Springs... Manatee Springs ...Cross Creek historical park. The botanical gardens in Gainesville. Large Farmers market every Saturday morning in Gainesville along with Whole foods, Trader Joe's and Earth Origins. There is lots of places to hike and kayak. Close to the Costal bike trail.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed. Every site has a clear view of the river. When we arrived the owner came out to meet us and arrange for us to pull in so our windows faced the river. Full hook ups and level....That evening Harriett came down and offered to cook us fresh lobster for 5.50 a lb plus a $ a lb to cook it. Short time later she was at the door fresh lobster on a pan showed us how to clean it and eat it. Oh was it sweet. Arcada National sea shore is 61 miles, there are lots of light houses and places to go. When our week was up I didn’t want to leave. We came to see the Maine coast and feel in love with a tidal river and a delightful RV park.
There are washers and driers, a clean ,nice Bathhouse, and a clothes line for folks like me that enjoy hanging out there clothes...the dryer worked great also. The sites are large and there is a screened picnic area and lots of mowed grass for star gazing.
We stayed here in. 35’ 5th wheel.

We were in a back in on the outer edge with a spectacular view of Las Cruces below. This is a well maintained camp ground with friendly staff and a long dog walking path.. It is up on a hill on the edge of the city. It is a short easy drive to Hwy 10 so you can get back on the road or connect to all the sights.. The KOA is well marked and easy to get to and leave... 6 washers and 3 dryers that worked well.. The showers had glass doors.....We will be stopping here again.

Love this KOA. This is our 2 nd time staying here and got to stay on the out side edge overlooking the city and on out to the mountains. It is an easy on and off the freeway to and from the road to the park.and the turn off to the park is clearly marked with a large sign. Everything else you need is in the reviews below.

We went out of our way to stay here and make a return visit to Amicoloa Falls one of our favorite waterfalls.
We first stayed here in the spring of 2019 for a week of exploring the beginning of the Appalachian Mountain chain.

Big sites with lots of space between rigs
Lots of pull through sites
Lots of sites down by the lake.
Excellent water pressure
Acceptable showers with hot hot water.
Paved roads and paved sites
Friendly helpful staff.
We pull a 35' 5th wheel and the roads in the park are easy to navigate with wide circles at the end of each loop.
The gate to the campground area is closed and needs a code to get through and the gal at the gate house is helpful in directing one to the main office for check in.
There are lots of hiking trails in the area, many waterfalls and small towns to explore and Gainesville has everything one finds in small city.

Very nice Park behind a Gas station. So it is very quiet Lots of grass and trees. Plenty of room for our 35' 5th wheel and pick up. Easy to maneuver and park. Full hook ups .Lots of small cotton tail rabbits. Located on the edge of town. Don't miss taking a drive down Chief Joseph Hwy.. The Cody Museum is a must visit as is the nightly Rodeo. There are fanciers parks in town but I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We are full timer 5th wheel travelers and have stayed in lots of RV parks and this is our favorite.
It is quiet, surrounded by tress and longhorns cattle graze in the far back.
The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Randy the maintenance man can fix most anything and gets to any problems large or small quickly.
We love the showers Our on board shower has a low pressure shower head so it is grand to go to the spacious, clean, individual room really nice shower.
The space between the RV pads are large and have a cement patio.
We find we can get down town in about 25 minutes and many great restaurants are 15 minutes away.
The laundry area has a large table for folding clothes, easy to use rolling wire carts and plenty of washer and dryers that can be paid with our credit card.
Their is a large dog park and a dog washing area.
A good size swimming pool that is well taken care of.
We stay a week and will be returning for our yearly visit to Austin.

This is one of our favorite parks. big sites..big indivisual showers ...friendly fellow rvers....great park Wifi excellent ATT cell conection....easy to get on the freeway or across town on surface streets. Well maintained..

We stopped here looking for a long term site . The lady in the office was very helpfull. As you can see from the other reviews it has lots to offer. But we did not stay as there was NO SHADE.. Some of the trailers have covers over the top to help keep them cool. For a stay other than in the summer this would be a fablous stop.

Our Garmin took us right to this park. The roads are gravel as are the long level pull through sites with woods on both side. The sites are wide with lots of room before the next site. The water pressure was great. Electric and sewer worked as expected...This is a park we're it's grand to just sit outside and enjoy the woods.
