Small and clean RV Park. I stayed for two weeks. Gravel back in site. I averaged the cost including tax to $46 a night - FHU. You can walk to town for food. Nearest large grocery store is in Cortez - 19 miles to the west. During is 17-20 miles to the east. Mesa Verde National Park is 6.5 miles from park. The front reception staff was super friendly and helpful about places to go. A creek abuts the property. No dog park but dog lawns. You can hear road noise but at night you don't hear too much. They have coin laundry $2.00 wash/$1.50 to dry - open from 8-8. I would highly recommend a stay. This is caravan haven as it's between two larger cities with things to do.
My RV navigation made me do a hairpin turn. Best off the highway (160 E) to make a right at 184 thru town (Main Street) and left at E Grand.

This is a very nice KOA. It's geared to families. Our site was against the botanical park. It was quiet, full hook up (site). (2) dog parks upper is a bit hilly and lower is larger and flat. You pay a resort fee due to the amenities (pool and fun park for the kiddies). They have garbage service and the staff is very accommodating. They have a small market on the premises. You don't need to leave the park! It's close to Monterey, Carmel and Santa Cruz. Close to three beaches (Sunset, Manresa and Seacliff). Phil's Fish Market and good eateries are to the south of the park in Moss Landing. Aptos has a great restaurant in town "Red Apple Cafe" for breakfast.

Large KOA. Wide turn areas. Very quiet at night. It was very hot while we were there. Use surge protector during high heat to protect your rig from surges. Hosts and hostesses very nice and accommodating. I would go back again. Close to Morro Bay, Pismo, Arroyo Grande and Hearst Castle. Lots to do! Site 45 shaded by a tree.

Well run RV Park. Right off the 58 in Bakersfield. You park among the orange trees. Oranges had been harvested when I arrived. There is a small store around the corner from the park that sells fruits, nuts, etc. The Park bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen in any park even the "resorts." Nice staff. Would highly recommend a stay - most sites are pull throughs. Could hear a bit of trains but seemed to disappear after 11 PM.

This park has been taken over by new ownership. Sites and road updated. Management staff very helpful. Site guidance by management. A few lingering park mobile homes (maybe 5). Gravel sites, fairly level with concrete pads. No picnic tables. Amenities incl laundry facility ($2 per load wash /$2 per load dry); pool, hot tub, shuffle board, pickle ball, dog park. Fairly quiet. Can hear road noise until 11ish then very quiet. Frys food market across the street, close to freeways 202/60/10. Short distance to hiking, boating, major shopping. Wifi in the clubhouse only. Stayed one month - the rate was very good for Mesa. Sites are roomy. I would stay again.

We stayed in February 2018. Small park, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Some long term travelers. Small lawn with picnic benches, river or stream on one side. I am a newbie and it took me a while to back in a 25’ Airstream but I did it. The sewer hook ups were too far back for our hose - same for the 27’ next to us. We mentioned this the day we left, they allowed us to pull into a spot where we could empty our black before leaving. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and very quiet.

This campground is well run campground with volunteer staffing. The campground is quiet at night. I received senior rate so the price is usually $50 per night. I was in site 47A - dry camp. Loop A is best loop - as it has views of the Tetons. Best location for camping as it's close to town and to the National Parks.

Small RV Resort.
Registration: go directly to Clubhouse - office. They take checks or cash. Cash: you do get a discount. Book early for premium spots as people come back every year. WIFI good; for work used a booster as well - download speeds fast above 5 most time 7. Premium Lots in the upper portion of the park are relatively void of the San Joaquin Rd noise. I am in a pull thru - due to late arrival/booking. Pull thrus at the entrance to the park on the San Joaquin Road side. Pull through has road and other noises during the day. Noise settles in the evening but starts again in the early AM. The site is gravel, large rocks. The spots are large in comparison to Desert RV next door. No complaints, I have full sun for solar. Dry camp lots are right next to the main road. People are very friendly here. Laundry: $2 per load wash or dry; 24/7 laundry time available. The park is well kept. Trails in the back of the park. Clubhouse has library and activities for people.
