Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on February 18, 2020This park has been taken over by new ownership. Sites and road updated. Management staff very helpful. Site guidance by management. A few lingering park mobile homes (maybe 5). Gravel sites, fairly level with concrete pads. No picnic tables. Amenities incl laundry facility ($2 per load wash /$2 per load dry); pool, hot tub, shuffle board, pickle ball, dog park. Fairly quiet. Can hear road noise until 11ish then very quiet. Frys food market across the street, close to freeways 202/60/10. Short distance to hiking, boating, major shopping. Wifi in the clubhouse only. Stayed one month - the rate was very good for Mesa. Sites are roomy. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this park, as it was recently renovated and is very nice. Rates are great, sites are level with full hookups. Concrete patios are nice as well. Due to its location and adjacency to major thoroughfares, it can be a bit noisy during the nighttime hours. That said, I wouldn’t let that stop me from making a return visit in the future.

Key word "was". was clean friendly place.. Now its corporate owners. The pictures look wonderful but that WAS then. Clubhouse has a fence around it for 16 months. Pool is on and off again available. Management is great to some borderline to others. Mostly the Christians one it seems. Granted its a great location and family Parks are very hard to find. It is going down hill.If you do a lease your spot will be put on corporate web site as available before the lease is up . This is on going not a glitch. Sorry is all you will receive. Water pressure and turn off's are a on going problem. Stay if you have to but be prepared
Park could not accommodate our rig after making reservations in Jan and showing up in May. They have also yet to refund me after making a full payment for 11 days. If you like to park your truck on your steps and touch your neighbors camper then go right ahead and stay here. Manager was also not friendly or accommodating to the situation. Been a Fulltime Rver for a year and a half and this is the worst place we have ever encountered as far as management and accommodations. Also upon arrival no power to sites or WiFi available any longer.
