However, T-Mobile is virtually non-existent, I even drove into town to try for a better signal and fought for a long time to get any work done.
Again, if you can do with Wi-Fi you're good, but I had company business to take care of and it was a nightmare.

I got there around noon on a weekday. The parking lots are enormous, there were 3 other rvs there on the upper lot, WAY spread out, and no one else. there's so much room.
I didn't stay because I wanted to get farther for the day but I would definitely stay there.

The sites are short and too close together for the price. My TT is only 24 ft and parking my truck stuck out into the road, like most others. Some sites are just wide enough to put your truck next to your rig but then there's no room for anything else.
At that price what you're paying for is: a movie pavilion, Pickleball, Poly-pong, mining sluice, mini golf, playground, basically, a bunch of stuff you're not going to use.
Keep your "EXTRAS" and give me some elbow room.
I was charged $338.35 for 4 nights, WITH Good Sam discount.
One plus: an Okay dog area with woodchip ground.

I was almost a mile in on the trail to the right, the whole road is washboarded and rocky, NOT good. So the sooner you find a spot the better.

Most people are very courteous about your private space until Friday when all the "weekenders" fill up the place, they camp almost on top of you, with their children and generators, if you have to run a generator when it's 70 degrees outside maybe you shouldn't be boondocking.

The spaces were adequate, not great, their off-leash dog area is a full 1/4 mile away, better to drive there. But there's another small dog area close by.
The showers were rink-a-dink for a so-called "resort".
The grounds guy, Dale, is a real sweetheart, nice guy to talk to but I never encountered anyone in the office that was overtly friendly, rather stoic and business-like.
Being on the main road, every loud hot rod and motorcycle seems to want to test their prowess there, so road noise is considerate.
One plus- You can catch the bus to downtown right out front for $2 all day

I wrestled with whether to give it 1 or 2 stars. As I know nothing about the motel or the rear area of the park, so I can only attest to the front area where they put me.
There are actually SOME (a few) decent rvs there but I was placed in-between 2 totally dilapidated travel trailers that looked barely habitable. One collected his trash bags on the ground, there was a soda bottle full of urine on the ground and he just kept walking past it, I finally put it in the garbage, one other trailer has furniture stacked around it, the ground was littered with cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc., and my dogs kept trying to eat old beef bones from the ground around my trailer, so obviously nobody ever cleans up. The rocky roadway is very rough and strange characters walk through at times so I kept everything locked up.
The park itself is very quiet except for VERY loud trains day and night.
Unfortunately I had prepaid 4 nights, otherwise.....?

To be honest, the sites are too close together, you'd better have a good, friendly neighbor.
The pricing was weird, different for different days? when I extended for 2 more days it was VERY reasonable, so the average came to $37/day. WEIRD but good.
Now why the 5 stars- Office people were very helpful and nice, showers are good although a little weak on water pressure.
Now, it's just outside of town, quieter, but still a VERY short ride in.
AND it is directly, right next door to the city dog park, so IF you travel with dogs as I do, it was great, I was able to go every day, at times twice a day, I also met a lot of friendly local dog owners there.
Now, for the clincher, and they may not like this, BUT having 2 well trained and mannered dogs I was able to walk them down on the lower area (near the dog poop station) without leash and no one ever came running up screaming about leashes like in some other parks.
One of my girls was traumatized at some point in life and she will NOT poop on a leash,
so this was very important to me. There were a few other well-behaved dogs also taking liberty.
A common sense park will always win, over your stuffy dogmatic and authoritarian ones.

I needed a place close to my dog's vet and this was it.
Their reservation application is so intrusive, invasive, after 5 years on the road I have NEVER seen anything like it. I was filling it out until I got to the end where they state if they didn't like it they would reject you. In other words, you could be just wasting your time waiting to hear back from them.
They require photos of your trailer from ALL sides? are you serious?. Photos of your dogs? and proof of all vaccinations, if you don't know what a Black Lab is, a photo may not help. Proof of Insurance, registration, license No. age, size, make, model number AND floor layout on all vehicles. etc., etc.
I'm surprised they didn't ask for a bank account or police report.
I will drive the 7 miles from another MUCH more REASONABLE park.
I'm shocked at some positive reviews.
