We parked in the back corner instead of the RV spots, it was level enough. The road noise was barely discernible. We went inside for a hearty breakfast when they opened and were on our way. We really appreciate the Cracker Barrels!

Reasonably quiet rest area considering it’s next to a major highway. We lucked out and were able to park at the top of the hill so we were fairly level.

Safe, but noisy place to spend the night. If you have sound mitigation devices, you’ll do great. There is a train and trucks. If you get there early enough, there are some nature trails you could explore.

This park has such potential! It’s a truly lovely spot however we arrived to dog poop and trash which probably skewed the rest of the visit for me.
The electricity was all over the place dropping down to 111 with only the fridge and water heater on. I’m just glad we didn’t need to use the AC. Water pressure was low probably due to sharing a spigot with the site next to us.
There is a bridge next to the park so during the day it was pretty noisy but calmed down at night.
Couldn’t locate a trash receptacle.
When leaving the park my husband had to get out and adjust the grates to avoid tire damage.

Lost power twice with no communication from the park. Breakers on ours and surrounding campers tripped multiple times. The camper next to us didn’t get their power back until the middle of the night when someone came and changed their breaker. Unfortunately, with the electricity went the water...... during SuperSoaker weekend.
There was a nice walking trail in the woods, swimming, putt putt and kayaking.
Quiet time was not enforced.

Was able to get a site with no reservation. Clean showers/bathrooms, all in one single stall. The spot we stayed in was level enough that we didn’t even have to unhitch.
The electricity was good. We didn’t hook up to water/sewer but it was close to the pedestal.
There were train sounds in the background but it didn’t disturb us. Great price!

Check in was quick and easy but it all went down hill from there. We were in site 29 and the utilities were at the front of the site but luckily we had an extension cord and extra water hose. As long as it was just us on the row we could run the air conditioner with everything else off and the refrigerator on propane. As soon as two campers hooked up next to us, however, our power blew with only the air conditioner on. We wound up having to use our generator to be able to run anything after that. We went over to apologize for the noise to our RV neighbor and he said he was having the same problem. I spoke to a lady in the office and she blamed it on everything from our surge protector being defective (we use it every time, at every campground) to us trying to run everything in the camper at the same time, as if this was our first time out. Never mind the guy next to us was having the exact same problem. We were told we probably were not hooked up to their electricity at all (silly because our air conditioner was running at one point ) so they were going to just charge us for a non-electric site.
The bathrooms were in pretty rough condition but I had a pretty good shower (plenty of warm water and good pressure) in the ladies room. On the men’s side though my husband did not have such luck.
The pool was empty of water and not in use.

Friendly people! They were able to accommodate our last-minute reservation. Campsite was very clean :) we are flatlanders so we loved the high desert surroundings. Cell service was good, Wi-Fi is a little weak.

Let me begin by saying the showers are fantastic! (Had some bad experiences lately) Each shower has it’s own little room with a sink and mirror. The washer/dryer are new and reasonably priced.
Most of the sites are pull through which is convenient.
Firewood is available at a reasonable cost.
Really, my only two complaints are the sites have no shade and the Wi-Fi is terrible.
I would def stay here again.
