We stayed in the Fruita section. What a lovely spot and very close to Colorado National Monument. Although it is close to the highway, you would never know as it has a rural feel. The sites are very far apart, almost all pull through with covered picnic tables. We had a great view of the mountains as did most sites. Good bathroom facilities too. Highly recommend!

This is mostly a retirement community with permanent residents but they do have a number of temporary sites. Unfortunately they are going through a renovation of their facilities and at present do not have bathrooms, showers or laundry. The pool was closed when we were there but is large. The sites vary a lot and are small and close together but level. The office was very nice and gave us a discount due to the facility closings. It is near the road so there is some noise, but not bad. Lots of restaurants etc. close by and it isn't far from downtown Denver.

This was a great place to stay for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands. We had planned to stay up at Ken's Lake but it was so cold that we were concerned about keeping the camper unfrozen. The sites are level and although close, nicely landscaped. It's right downtown which is very convenient and has a heated pool. There is an onsite store as well and the office personnel were helpful. Good RV park.

This is a great place to stay to visit Capitol Reef State Park.. It's in the gateway town Torreys,, which has lots of restaurants. But you can just walk over the the BBQ restaurant on site. It has a fire pit in the center and lots of good food. We did take out since it was very cold, but in any good weather it would be fun to eat in. Our site was a pull through and level. The office staff was friendly. Best place to camp around the area.

This is a small park with no on site manager, but the owner came by and chatted with us and it was easy to reserve and get settled. Basically a big parking lot but level sites and good hookup. It's about a half hour from Capitol Reef National Park and as said, walking distance to a super market. Good choice if you can't get a place in Torrey, which is closer to Capitol Reef and with more activities.

We camped here in the snow! It was an unusually late year for heavy snow and Ruby's had emailed us several times warning us that we were coming right after they opened. So we delayed our visit for two days and shortened it. They made all the changes free and were very nice. It turned out great as Bryce is so beautiful in the snow! And we had electricity at our site and they would have due out the water for us but we didn't want a chance of freezing our connection so didn't. We enjoyed the lunch buffet at the restaurant and used the very nice indoor pool Great spot to enjoy Bryce!

This is amazing and a must do if you're in the area. The walk is about 1.5 miles total there and back with only gradual up and down but it's a wide easy path. This is very popular so come early if you can.

This is our second time here and this time we stayed several nights. The sites are spacious, many pull through, and have sweeping views over the dessert. The town of Winslow has much appeal with a lot of history, that famous "Standin on the Corner", and the beautiful historic La Posada Hotel. Treat yourself to dinner at the Turquoise Room there: it's amazing. The hotel itself is fascinating and has so much to see. One of the owners is a famous artist and her paintings are on display everywhere. The Tourist office in an old Trading Post and the Old Trails Museum are worth time too.

We loved this spot and will come back again for a longer time. There is a lot to see in the neighborhood, Tuzigoot, Cottonwood, Clarksdale and Jerome. Really enjoyed the Copper Art Museum too. The park is very nice with level spacious sites and views. You are also not far from Sedona. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely spot in the hills not far from Scottsdale and right near Carefree. The sites are spacious and well spaced, level with picnic tables and grill. The bathrooms were clean as were the showers. We enjoyed a walk around the campground but didn't have time to explore the trails. We'll be back.
