Love’s Fuel station # 120 now offers concrete pad, 14 full hookups , and 4 with no sewer connection. See their website. So easy to do online and check in online and on phone. $30. (We did not need sewer so 5.00 discount .) Perfect spot for one night travel thru, no restrooms. All we really needed was electric ! Hesitate to post this review…. Next time we come by this way again it will probably be full !😁

Beautiful scenery, windy, pull thrus. * But for people with dogs June has horrible weed thorns, bristly thorny seeds. They are tiny, about the size of poppy seeds BUT painful. I spent an hour getting them off of our unhappy dog! Depending on the time of year, might consider staying here again, though not sure...

Yes, the current owners are very nice people..... and each site is spacious. *** But if you need to use their restrooms you will be sadly disappointed ! **Don't think much in the way of "renovations" has happened, over these last 2 years.** Maybe it is a coincidence..... but our electrical plug got fried / burnt to the unusable state the night we stayed there.... beautiful weather No storms to blame. We are waiting to see the cost of repairs. I would never recommend this place..... keep driving or find another park !!

I echo what " Dyerdog " wrote just previous to our review. But for us, we reserved online.... with all the fees our bill for 2 nights came to $107.99 ..... price difference ??? Mid September , less than 63 degrees every day no mosquitos. You have to purchase tokens to activate the showers. Bathrooms were well maintained. Electric was dependable. Yes, would stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights, quiet , but lots of kids also :-) Would be about $60. a night (after discounts, and then add taxes etc....) Mid June, no problem with mosquitos or ants. Lovely bathroom/showers. Didn't use laundry but looked nice, 4 washers and dryers. Nice looking pool, filled with lots of happy kids and some adults. They also have cabins all along the river. They look nice and have a porch swing overlooking the shore and riverbank. All along the riverbank are fire rings.....none at the RV campsites.

There are 2 different areas of this park, across the street from each other. Don’t know much about park 1 that is for RV’s over 25ft. We stayed in park 2 for RV’s under 25ft. Very narrow sites , we could park our 23ft travel trailer but couldn’t fit our truck any which way in our site. Had to park on the closest main street. No shade but full hook ups. The ladies bathroom is set up with 2 toilet stalls. But the 2 showers have less privacy than most places we’ve stayed. All the other RV parks in town were booked solid so this was our last chance in Morro Bay.

We would definitely stay here again. Not good Verizon cell coverage, But the WiFi was good enough for ipad and iphone. Did not try streaming anything. The main grounds are well kept up, watered & trimmed. The ladies bathroom/shower area is very nice and clean. It gets a 90% A from us.... Right on the river, lovely.....
**only negative is for people wanting to walk their dog along the river.....DON'T .... Just walk people, Not dogs..... foxtail weed burs on paws and legs !!

Very clean property, and bathrooms. Nice, helpful staff. All back-in only , concrete pads sites. Clean laundry room and shower/bathrooms. Nice , fenced dog run area. We heard a few trains during the day while we were outside.... but all quiet at night. Good wifi and Verizon cell. We would stay here again.

$38. for site B8 , no fire ring. They say there is a dog park, but it wasn't close to our site..... never noticed it . Weak wifi.... weak cell, needed boosters . Power was fine, water was regular city chlorinated. Quiet evening. Great for just passing thru for 1 night.

Every utility worked great, we have stayed here before and will again. We used Their laundry room , 4 washers and 4 dryers worked great. $2.00 wash $1.50 to dry. It was 101degrees outside, even in May ! Yay A/C !
Checking in and leaving went smoothly.
