This is a new park with good graveled sites, all new hookups, pastoral views and very nice owner. Very easy to reserve and pay on line. Right by highway but noise is not bad.

New campground that is being built right. Long pull thru sites, choice of full h/u or w/e. Helpful staff, easy check-in. Sites are level right to left with slight upgrade. Beautiful scenery. Bit of a drive to any fuel or grocery as this place is remote but right off I40. Some road noise, but not excessive.

Like previously said. This place does it right.
The owners are not trying to pack you in like sardines. The location is excellent for visiting ABQ etc.
The owners are nice and easy to deal with and nice to talk with.
Will definitely stay here again.

We are newbies and needed to find somewhere to stop due to high winds. Huge pull through spots made it so much less stressful.
The office was under construction so before checkin they called us to answer any questions and give us their number if we needed anything.
We ended up staying an extra 2 nights and it was so easy and comfortable.
It’s rocks and weeds so a little rough on dogs feet but the gated dog area was convenient.
Close to the freeway but didn’t hear the noise.
The stars!!! So pretty at night.

We pulled in just before midnight on Mother’s Day and booked online. They called to offer us a larger spot for our Super C and we’re extremely accommodating and kind. We are new to the RV world and the huge pull through a made it easy to navigate. We did have to go around to find the camp site numbers as they were lit but a little difficult to see. We just counted sites and it was fine. Even for how much wind there was, we slept like rocks. The wind calmed down for a few hours and we were able to take care of unhooking and such. We had 50 amp, cold water, and everything we needed. Had a dumpster to take our garbage to and it wasn’t overflowing. Clean, would stay again and we highly recommend. Could not hear road noise.

As previous reviewers commented, this park is in development but should be quite nice when complete. 22 big sites, most are FHU with good working utilities. No bathroom yet but working on it. Very easy on and off with some road noise but not terrible. Away from city lights so stars abound! Gorgeous sunsets. Owner very smart to have an on line booking website. Nice dog park with its own fire hydrant 👍. Because it is about 15 min from Moriarty, a small supply store would be nice. Definitely on the will return list.

Nice place for an rv park. But remember your at a rv park not a campground. No picnic tables. We picked up wood screws, broken glass, and heavy duty wire in the gravel at the site we were in. Next place we stayed we found a 2-1/2 “ nail in our camper tire. Not saying we picked it up there but awfully coincidental.

We choose this as a staging location for the 2022 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. It is 40 miles outside town and we avoid all the congenstion associated with the Fiesta. We have a full Hookup with 50 amps. In the morning we will dump all tanks and fill fresh water tonight for the short drive into the city. Although not available yet, laundry will certainly be an added bonus. All of the untilities look very new. The sites and drives are all gravel and very level. The owner gave very clear and precise instructions. Driving from North Carolina (6 days) this has been one of the better stops. Using Starlink for internet (118 down, 13 up)

Easy on/off I-40.
Small park, under construction.
Easy reservations made online, good enroute stopover.
Rate reflects W/E only site as we didn't need FHU for one night.
