The word is out! Cute little Harvest Host. Great food and staff but it’s as bad as the worst RV park you can imagine
Basically a gravel parking lot that is quickly devolving into a trailerhood due to the many long term residents . Couldn’t figure out the resort part. No tables no restrooms no showers no pool.

………oh, and no dog run (gravel a little tough on most dogs pads) no cable and the WI-FI sucks. Laundry room in a remote corner.

Short trip up the road from I70 gets you into a gigantic area with a multitude of spots for any size rig. No road noise and Juniper trees create privacy and windbreaks. Although there were the ubiquitous four wheelers they were few and quiet. It was a Monday night but looked like lots of tracks from the weekend. Might get dusty. Had 3 bars ATT.

Stayed in #6 in Bear’s Ears. All the electric sites were taken. Peaceful spot with 9 miles of hike/mtb trail right out the door. There is no water or dump station here so plan accordingly.

Excellent place for overnight. Away from the big rigs and other campers, but oh yes the trains. Lovely rumbling as they go by. Good news is there are no nearby crossings so there ain’t no horn!

Great spot for overnight or a couple days. Quiet and scenic. Sunset has paved roads and more people but Canyon is dirt/gravel and a bit remote. Sites are level but not all are large enough for my 22’ bumper pull and truck. Turnaround pretty tight. For the record there is a sign right as you turn off 160 that says no rigs over 28’.
