Overall a nice park. Very scenic and really spacious. Check in was a breeze handled by friendly staff,
The internet does not work. They referred to it as "spotty'. Plenty of antennas, but zero signal, and Verizon coverage was weak.
Apparently, they feel receiving mail is a major imposition. Not sure why that is, but the Hispanic woman working in the office made that quite clear, what a favor she was doing to accept the FedEx package addressed to my site #. She made up several stories about site delivery. Then she told me it wasn't delivered because my site number was not part of the address. I showed her that it was non the package. she then told me it was not in the right place. So, I am still unsure of hoe get mail delivered.
The same woman was a very rude person. She made me feel unwelcome. One of those people who believes using "yes sir and no sir" is all it takes to be considered not rude. She was a master of rudeness, and hopefully is not representative of management's attitude.

Our first trip to T or C. Spacious campsites. Paved sites. Some have casitas for outside eating. Clean restrooms. Showers are closed for now. Dump site very close, on the way out
Water pressure is on the low side, but very acceptable. ViaSat WiFi is an available option, but not inexpensive.
Camp host--Scott was very knowledgeable, and helpful.

There are somewhere between 7 & 9 spots. Some have broken sewer, and others have broken water--so probably 5-6 usable. Arrival into the park is confusing. If you are a coach towing, you must be careful or you can get into a jam. No WiFi, and mostly bargain campers. Most of the other RV's had a minimum of two dogs, and everybody let them free roam, which left dog poop everywhere and plenty of barking noises day and night--there are no rules in this spot.
Camping seems to be an afterthought. I am guessing the main revenues come from other sources. Not much of a view.
So, from a price/value perspective it was OK. We never met or saw any management.

Super facilities, showers, laundry, hot tub, salt water pool, we had a perfectly delightful time; and plan on returning. We had zero issues/problems.

Pull throughs same price as back-ins. Back-in spots are rather small with little room to maneuver. Back-in spots do not receive cable, but pay the same price. Staff is young and very little experience. Everybody tried hard, but pricing was out of line and they need more adult supervision. WiFi is reasonable. Pretty dusty.

We have stayed here several times. This was a two month stay. Fantastic hosts and staff. Willing to help with almost anything. Great laundry room, and showers with endless hot water. Super cable, and blazing WiFi. Park has electric gates. Great water pressure.
The sites are close together, but separated by fences. No pool and no view to speak of.

We are a 40' coach. Anybody above 30' should look elsewhere. Very narrow roads inside park.
We showed up and were told to pick any empty spot. We did and needed to back in from the park entrance. Plenty of obstacles. Apparently, we drove over some of their dead grass and were told to leave.

For the price is was great.
Somewhat rustic. Most sites in the trees. So, no satellite service. Limited big rig spots.
On the bright side, they have both an indoor pool and and outdoor pool--both pretty good sized. Excellent free WiFi. Very family oriented. Be sure to call for directions before heading out. There are a couple of roads in, and one is definitely not big rig friendly.

Began with not a particularly friendly check-in--felt like we were disturbing the check-in person. Very dry and dusty--the park looks is disary, in general. Rather low water pressure and poooor WiFi. We say overpriced for what they offer. Would look elsewhere.
