This park has combined with God’s Country across the Hwy. My review is for the west side park. First off don’t reserve online. I reserved and paid in full for a bluff site with a view and was bumped to one of their newer PT sites near the busy Hwy. I was told that the site I got cost more, but it was noisy and I lost the view I was looking forward to. That said the site was fine except for the road noise. All the sites on the west side are very long, paved and well spaced. There is a pool, pond, game room, big laundry and a herd of longhorns in the pasture! Most of the RVs looked seasonal as the park was nearly full but I rarely saw any people. WiFi was excellent. About 30 min to downtown Shreveport and 4 miles to Walmart.

Very clean and neat with spacious sites. Got very crowded on the weekend with lots of boats parked everywhere. That made the sites feel more tight. Between that and the hot sun we spent a lot of time in our rig with the AC on. Pool looked refreshing but we didn’t go in cause it was pretty full. Staff friendly and they try hard.

This is a quirky little park. Road in is long and really narrow. Our site was an easy to get in pull through that was pretty level. Some of the back in sites looked more challenging. I wouldn’t recommend this park until you are comfortable maneuvering your rig. But setting itself is very lovely. It is in a mountain hollow with a small lake and babbling brook. Very quiet at night. Lots of long term residents but they are very friendly. Shopping and hiking within 10-15 miles. WiFi actually worked well. No amenities except bathhouse.

This camp is ideally located to Natural Bridge and hiking in Red River Gorge. Setting is in a bowl surrounded by the mountains. Our site was tricky to level. Laundry small but efficient and cheap. Rate is based on getting the 7th night free. You have to call for this. Score would be a five if sites were cleaned between occupants and old playground debris was disposed of. Pretty quiet even on the weekends.

Sites are extremely tight. We were lucky to get there early and be able to pull into ours. Hills make leveling a challenge. The only view we had from inside our rig was out the back window. No OTA TV but able to stream with the WiFi. Close to Medora and TRNP.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about with this park except that it is a long drive to get anywhere. Sites are perfect and even the lowest price standard site like we had is spacious. WiFi worked for streaming most of the time. Laundry efficient. Nearest full service grocery store is 11 miles. An hour to the east entrance of Pinnacles and about half that to the west one. Monterey is a good 90 minutes away. No trails of any kind close by.

Stayed here for 2 nights while driving through Ontario. For being right in the city it was very quiet. Sites are grassy, less than level but spacious and they do have FHU. Price for 30 amp was $45 Canadian and $5 more for 50 amp. No amenities at present due to a fire in the motel. WiFi came and went. Close to grocery and the lakeshore parks.

Stayed here for 4 nights to explore Ottawa and it takes about an hour to get downtown via bus/light rail. You need to park by the Walmart on Bank St and walk past the rest of the stores in the mall to the Greensboro station with the kiosk outside. You can’t park in the park and ride lot without a permit. At the kiosk you can press a button to speak with a person who will tell you how to get to your destination. Or you can use Google public transit directions. The RV park was quiet. Sites spacious with gravel and a patio. Could never access the WiFi despite multiple tries.

Don’t expect much from a fairgrounds campground and you won’t be disappointed. Just appreciate the low price for FHU 30 amp. Sites are gravel with weeds and level for the most part. Some road noise but otherwise peaceful mid-week. Convenient to downtown Laramie. Lots of OTA channels and able to stream with AT&T. Come in under the fairgrounds arch and head left then work your way back past the beef pavilion to the single row of RV sites.
This is a fine option as a stopover when traveling through southwest Utah. Stop for groceries ahead of time as it is in the middle of nowhere. Sites gravel, totally flat and wide open. Laundry onsite. Awesome bike trail right outside the park and ATV trails too. Owner is the friendliest guy and we got free eggs. Able to stream with WiFi.
