This park is so nice and clean! The sites were level, clean, and so long to accommodate any RV size. The entire campground is kept so clean and well-maintained! Not only that, but the staff is so extremely friendly. From the office staff, to the kind gentleman who showed us to our site, they were all very happy and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I'm not really fond of super deluxe campsites but for us -- who prefer more of a natural setting -- this park is a great place to stay and make day trips to The Pinnacles, Carmel, and nearby wineries. I can't stress how clean everything was, how friendly ALL the staff were, and how much our three large dogs loved romping in the dog park.

I’ve wanted to stay here since I first read of it’s opening. Finally made it. As I write this, I’m watching an employee cleaning up the engine oil drippings from the previous campers at the site next to us. It’s unfortunate that the tenants didn’t address this, but it does reflect the pride the staff takes in this beautiful facility. Our site, C-8, has a beautiful forward view of the interior of the park. Our fifth wheel’s panoramic rear window is facing what is currently a dirt field, but when planted with the next crop, should be a beautiful green with a mountainous vista. I am very disappointed with the internet. I’d expect a park of this caliber to at least offer the option of upgrading to streamable internet. Saturday morning at 9:48 it’s struggling to download pictures from the previous day from my iPhone to my iPad. Even worse later that afternoon. Let’s make it an 9 out of 10 for that reason.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about with this park except that it is a long drive to get anywhere. Sites are perfect and even the lowest price standard site like we had is spacious. WiFi worked for streaming most of the time. Laundry efficient. Nearest full service grocery store is 11 miles. An hour to the east entrance of Pinnacles and about half that to the west one. Monterey is a good 90 minutes away. No trails of any kind close by.

What a surprise! This was a super nice campground with a friendly staff! Large well maintained sites with very attractive landscaping. Level concrete pads with plenty of room for tow vehicle. Two laundry facilities, clean with nice washers and dryers.

Can’t say enough good things about this park.

Centrally located between Pinnacles National Park and Monterey!

Easy access, large flat paved sites, everything very neat and tidy. It was very well maintained, though our picnic table was cracked in many places. There is a coded entrance gate and coded bathrooms. It felt like excess security given that there is nothing near the RV park, but no harm in that. It was windy the whole time we were there in late March - don’t know if that is the area, or just the season. It is about an hour from the East Entrance of Pinnacles National Park and 35 min from the west entrance. Also about an hour from Monterey Bay.

What a gem. We stayed here after an 8-hour drive down from the Redwoods and it was a perfect place to rest up. Everything is immaculate - from the cement pad to the tiled showers. At under 300 miles from Los Angeles, Yanks will likely be our first stop to the Northern California coast for many trips to come.

It's a mixed bag with this place. I see so many reviews of praise, and those are valid for many reasons. Yes, it's a good location for visits to the Pinnacles park, and, if you've reached driving burn out, it's easy access right off the freeway (more on that later, but it's a concrete jungle. I guess you have to take it for what it is. You're not camping in a great nature location, with beautiful surroundings, creeks and such. The thousands of acres of chard in the surrounding farms, were actually very pleasant to look at. Yes, I like the great pads and cleanliness, but the ants are relentless. The first thing a yearly resident told us is to watch out for the infestation. Fortunately, I had some peppermint oil I sprayed around the potential entry points, but they still got in the trailer. The next door neighbor was spraying a vinegar solution. Even in remote camping on dirt, I've not had this problem, except for the Morro Strand RV park...another place where ants work every angle to get into your rig. Anyway, let me expand on the cons; Highway noise is a real bummer, but, the valley is flat, and there's not much that can be done about that, unless this park was up in the hills. Then, that would make it an inconvenient place. But, it's worth mentioning that, if you're sensitive to the constant din of 18 wheelers rolling by, this will be a tough place to sleep. It was quite loud to me. The wind is also relentless. Everyone I talked to there said it's constant. It's even stated in their brochure. We weren't able to bring out our fire pit and enjoy the evening outdoors. For avid bicycle enthusiasts, it's not good at all. We expected too much in that regard. You can toodle around the park, but you're really trapped between the freeway and off limits ag land. Which brings me to another con about the farming methods, and potential impact on this place. If you're sensitive to the quality of air you breathe, you'll want to be attentive to when the helicopters and planes are spraying glyphosate on crops. It was something that we didn't think about until we heard the loud low flying chopper, and watched it dump massive amounts of poison on the adjacent field. With such a high wind area, that stuff can easily permeate the vicinity, which includes this park. I'm sure, officially, it's all been deemed fine, but, IMO, I don't think I'll stay here again. That's about it for the noteworthy cons. There are a number of "pros" that other reviewers have mentioned, and those are all valid and positive, so this place may be great for many. Please don't let my opinion turn you off to this place. You should check it out for yourself. So many people love it. The staff was great. Everything is squeaky clean. The concrete pads are luxurious! The easy access is fantastic. However, the cons I listed are deal breakers for me. Enjoy your stay, if you decide it's right for you.

I see all theses negative reviews about “camping” this spot is a great stopping point to take a shut eye, Shower but not for your typical camping. Come on it’s excellent, sites are on leveled pads, alittle close to neighbor but it works to take a rest from your long journey. Bathrooms are immaculate. The shower head I had was little low pressure but this place is great to sleep, shower and head out back on the 101. I’ll be back if ever in the area.

Stayed in end of Oct 2022
Site type: Pull through, FHU, 50 AMP, end of row.
I do not often give a 5 star. But, this really is a super nice place!

THE GOOD
Gated: Gate with code for after hours.
Location: Gas pumps 1 mile down the road. Restaurants and groceries 2 miles away.
Location: 30 min from West entrance of Pinnacles National Park. 1 hour from the East entrrance.
Sites: Spacious paved spots. Nicely landscaped living space.
Grounds: Clean and nicely maintained!
Office/Store: Good sized store. Some grocery items and a good amount of RV stuff. Lots of gifts available.
Wifi: Worked fairly well. Especially considering the campground was 100% booked up. And they are even upgrading it further.
Facilities: Bathrooms were among the best RV bathrooms we have experienced. Private, tiled bathroom and shower. Frosted glass doors to the large showers.
Site: We had an end site and would highly suggest it if you have pups.
Wifi: The campground WiFi was really strong for an RV park.

THE BAD:
Nothing that we can think of.

COULD BE BETTER: Not good or bad
Smell: The overall area (not the RV park) occasionally had a rubbery odor.
