Beautiful and well maintained. Laundry facilities, camp store and full hookups. Next to camping world and close to Route 66. About 10 minutes from Old Town.

The area is safe and casino is nice. Not a huge parking lot but well maintained. Hard to get level without unhitching. You can stay for 3 nights but cannot unhitch. So if you need to drive into town or the park, it’s very inconvenient.

Nothing to write home about but decent place, nice camp hosts, no laundry facilities and wouldn’t consider showering in the bath house as they could use some TLC. The place is just fine for an overnight. There is some roads noise but it’s not too bothersome.

We loved our little water/electric site that backed up to a pond with turtles and ducks! Site includes a picnic table and fire pit, also. Staff was great. The saltwater pool was on the smaller side but super nice with lots of seating! Laundry room was ok with 4 washers/dryers and coin machine. Around the other pond you can find hammocks, community grilling area, picnic tables, pavilion, and a really nice wooded walking trail. The new paved-pull through sites are nearly complete and look awesome. We did use our Passport America ($138 for 4 nights with tax for a 30amp back-in water/electric only site) for the discount, but the normal prices were the best we found in the Charleston area. We didn’t use the WiFi but had decent Verizon and T-mobile signal. When we pass through Charleston, we’ll definitely go out of our way to stay here! Within a few miles from Publix, WalMart and many restaurants. Please note there is a train that goes by but it wasn’t close enough to be too much of a bother.

We enjoyed our stay here. There are a wide array of sites to choose from. Our site was water and electric only but dump station was sufficient and even had heavy duty sewer hoses attached for east hookup. They do offer honey wagon services for longer term stays. Staff was fantastic and were very involved in campground activities. This is a great campground for anyone but kids love it here! Some sites are wooded and back up to a creek for more of a state park feel, while others are in a more traditional RV park setting (kind of an open field with lots of RV spots) so it really just depends on your camping style. This campground feels miles away from town but everything you need is fairly close, within a few miles.

Positives:
-Camp hosts are super nice
-Clean restroom/shower facilities
-A couple community fire pits
-Beautiful scenery
-Quiet
-Full hookups
-All large pull through sites to accommodate any size rig, fairly level
-Pretty aspen trees in between sites help with shade
-Within a couple miles from downtown
-WiFi decent at 6-7 mbps
Negatives:
-Pricey but a flat $50 and not a terrible price considering the area
-Road noise not bad but there
-As long as 5mph speed limit followed the dust isn’t bad, but sites and road could use some fresh gravel
-No picnic table or fire ring at any site
-only 2 washer/dryer units (one inside each restroom/shower room)

If in the area again, we’d happily stay here. We prefer boondocking but we didn’t find anything convenient near Steamboat Springs considering you’d need to climb Rabbit Ears Pass with your rig which is quite a steep climb. If you have the horsepower and tenacity to take that leap, do so! It’s beautiful up there. But, overall this place was a great option.

Typical clean desert RV Park off the hwy. Close to town and El Malpais Natl Monument. Clean restrooms and laundry area. They had a small gift shop and even sold ice! WiFi was decent, also. No picnic tables, etc. Somewhat narrow sites but long enough for any size rig to pull through. It was extremely windy during our stay so the park was dusty, as to be expected. Friendly staff and price reflects good sam discount. Would recommend and would stay again. (We camped here mid-April)

What a beautiful little park. Very clean. Great staff, laundromat, bath houses, great pool and jacuzzi (on the smaller size but very nice). Price reflects Good Sam discount and electric and water only site. Sites are a little small but all have a picnic table. We would absolutely stay here again and even go out of our way to come back.

This campground is centrally located near the historic towns of Tavares and Mt Dora and also close to The Villages and within an hour to Orlando. The resort is a fisherman’s dream with on site boat ramp/boat slips. There’s also an on site golf course, pool, fitness center, and community events daily. The staff was so friendly, taking great care of the resort and guests. There’s so much to do in the area including hiking, exploring lakefront quant towns, etc. There’s something for everyone around here. The sites are paved and full hook ups, level, and spacious. We loved the community vibe, but it was still quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend this campground.

Waterfront camping on a beautiful lake in Arkansas about 15 min from Hot Springs National Park. The folks that work there were friendly and welcoming. They are part of Passport America and our price reflects that. Full hookups, a little work to get level but not bad, easy to get in and out and most sites are pull through. Direct waterfront sites are back in. They have firewood, ice, a pool, a playground, laundry, clean bath house... It’s lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
