I confirmed that RV camping in the parking lot was okay. The security guard said that there was a 3-day limit and to park in the far, lower level.
The pavement is very slopped in this section of the parking lot and there was a fair bit of noise there throughout the night.
It wasn't terrible, but I probably wouldn't do it again.
Cell coverage was good.
When we parked the security came and asked how many nights we would stay. Its allowed for 3 nights, get a ticket for the window so we could overnight
It’s close to the east entrance, free and safe. Cell service is fine.
Lots of light and some noise, nearby BLM spots would probably be more scenic and quiet
We called in to see if we needed to check in etc and were told we didn’t need to. I also asked if a car was ok as we were traveling with a friend. On the phone I was given bad info and at about 11 pm we were roused by security. You DO need to check in with security and cars are not allowed if you are sleeping in one. They issued a pass and were nice about it, but it was a bit annoying since I called and asked.
In the end, secure, well lit parking area . You can stay 3 nights if you ask for it. Small casino, cafe food isn’t bad, either. Just be sure to go into the casino and check in. Don’t trust the phone!
I thought I would go in and register as previous reviewers mentioned, but before I made it to the door a very helpful security guard met me and helped me through the process. We had a nice flat spot in the corner facing the sunset. I took spot at far right, lower lot, spanning multiple spaces (with permission from security). Nice and quiet.
The area is safe and casino is nice. Not a huge parking lot but well maintained. Hard to get level without unhitching. You can stay for 3 nights but cannot unhitch. So if you need to drive into town or the park, it’s very inconvenient.
Great Verizon coverage, and you can find some shade in the RV sections of the big parking lot. A little noisy with music and loud vehicles, but not a big thing. Easy to check in and they let you stay up to 3 days.
Nice looking casino and the area feels safe and cared for.
They let you stay up to 3 nights. You have to go in and they fill out a permit for you. They have a designated place for Rv’s and trailers.
I never went in to the casino itself, but they do have a restaurant.
Pretty quite, I had to park under some really bright lights, but I use a face mask to sleep so it didn’t bother me.
Overall it’s good.
Pulled up under the awning and was greeted by security right as I entered. He quickly wrote out a permit and then told me the rules. We parked in the lot on the lower right as you’re facing the casino. Quiet. Hard to get super level but it’s not horrible.
After a frustrating day looking for a walk in campsite inside JT, We decided to spend the night at the Casino. The staff was super friendly and very prompt to give us the permit we need to stay overnight.
It was very quiet and level for our 24 feet class C
