This place opened for business in Jan 2023. Someone is investing a lot to build a luxury RV resort in the desert. The restrooms/showers are first rate—as you’d expect after being used for only a few weeks. Club house/pool/gym facility is spotless and luxurious. Staff at check in was super friendly.
We stayed on a very windy night and the desert dust was flying everywhere. They are still working on landscaping, but have a long way to go before it looks finished. I hope the landscaping will cut down on some of the dust when they’re done.

This park is a great location and they've done a nice job with landscaping. People are friendly. But for more than 50 bucks a night I want a shower and a bathroom. We are travelers in a class B motorhome and we do a lot of dry camping. When we pay for a commercial RV park we want a shower! RoadRunner should either lower its rate or add hot showers if they want to get repeat business from through campers like us...

It was a rainy time, to be fair, but I have never ever seen so many potholes in a campground as I saw here. Every road and every driveway and every campsite was covered with water- and mud-filled holes. Unacceptable!
Third-party wifi was a bad joke--didn't work as advertised. At least I was able to get my money back for it.
The thing that pushed me past the edge though was the huge Go Brandon flag that a guy two sites down from me flew over his rig. I don't really care what a campground owner's politics are but it's unacceptable to me that they permit guests to advertise their personal BS like this. Left / Right or in between--keep it to yourself when sharing common areas with others you don't know. Shame on KOA for allowing this!

Large, competently run KOA campground. Clean restrooms and showers (some of the best we've ever seen!). Very nice camp store--cleaner and better organized than your typical campground store. Inventory looked mostly new and fresh! Large selection of stuff.
Our only complaint would be the laundry facility. We think it's great that they are switching the campground to a cashless system, but the app-based approach they chose for the laundry machines sucked! Two pages of detailed instructions stuck on the wall for how to download, install, fund and then finally use the app instead of putting quarters or a credit card into the machine. But then the app didn't work! We asked for help at the front desk and the wonderful Amber came to our rescue. We were able to do the laundry because she used the app on her phone for us--so she paid for the machines for us! That's customer service above and beyond!
Amber told us they would be changing up the system for paying for the laundry machines in the near future. Good!

We needed a place for a one-night stay about half-way between destinations and Deming was it. Great reviews on Campendium for this little place so we gave it a try. You just can't beat this price for full service. We had hot showers, did laundry in modern washing equipment, had reliable electric, water and sewer hookups and friendly hosts. Also quiet for a good night's rest.

We had freezing rain and the water spigots froze solid, which was kind of a hassle. But the park is very conveniently located for Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. the bathrooms and showers and laundry facilities are OUTSTANDING! On the very cold days we were there we had wonderfully clean, showers with hot water. The bathrooms were immaculate and very warm! The toilet seats were warm!

Very basic campground but absolutely fabulous location in the national park. It's a parking lot with several spaces for RVs. Problem is that it's generator city for a few hours every day and it's noisy as a result. I wish they'd limit the rig sizes and maybe just set it up as a no-generator zone.

Nice location at Lewiston Lake and the RV park has potential. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.
But the roads in the campground are dirt and gravel and very dusty. They have some sort of project going on and pickup trucks and cars are zipping around all day. None of them pay any attention to the campground posted 5 mph speed limit. Most are driving 15 - 25 mph and are completely oblivious to how annoying this is to the paying guests! Really obnoxious! We asked a couple of them to slow down but it didn’t seem to do any good.
The website advertises a pool (no water) and free Wi-Fi (no signal whatsoever in campsites near us).
Restrooms were reasonably clean but when I showered in one of the men’s showers the drain was plugged and I was in two inches of water. Gross! The next day the water was still there. Yuk! I used a different shower later and it was OK.
Probably won’t stay here again. Too bad as we liked the location.

Excellent location within walking distance of Sue-meg State Park. Small and sort of an intimate feel. Very quiet. Friendly, competent people running the place. Clean restrooms and showers. Our site had a nice wooden deck overlooking a pond. Possibly the nicest campsite we’ve ever stayed in.

Great place. Love how close it is to the beach in the cove. Also, there are a couple very nice hikes in the canyon and another out to the small cliffs above the beach (good spot for watching a sunset).
Staff and camp host friendly, welcoming and helpful. Adequate showers and restrooms.
There was a water advisory when we stayed here (e-coli traces in the water supply) but it was highlighted on the park website so we prepared by bringing plenty of our own water.
