Really beautiful park for a walk, run, picnic or whatever suits your fancy. I've even gotten to see a couple of owls and falcons here!
I don't get the hype, the place is small and cramped and the food seems kind of plain and not that delicious. Nowhere near the top of my brunch list.
The outdoor patio is nice when there's good weather, otherwise I'd say it's not really worth it. The food is nothing special.
Good selection of beers to try, but the bar is long and narrow and gets uncomfortably crowded on the weekends. Nice place if you're trying to go on a slow night, otherwise I'd say it's not worth putting up with the crowd.
Not that good, they have a couple of locations and the Clifton one is nicer. The Hyde park one is pretty dull and dark and the food isn't good.
Great spot for an afternoon coffee and snack. Pricey but delicious and spot on service. One of the best hotels in the city with a price tag to match.
One of my favorite spots in downtown Chicago, especially love the summer events when movies are projected or the symphony plays free outdoor concerts. The gardens that are tucked into the park are a pretty cool urban oasis as well.
Very nice spot to go visit some Mayan ruins and easily accessible from cancun or Merida. There are some cooler Mayan ruins around the peninsula but chichen itza probably wins in terms of ease of access.
SUCH a beautiful spot! Definitely worth a visit as the Bacalar lagoon is one of the most unique places I've been anywhere in Mexico. Not a ton to do around town though so more of a very relaxing, couply vacation than a fun friends vacation spot.
Agua azul is cool to go to if you're in the area and don't have time to travel deeper into Chiapas. If you have more time though I'd recommend going to some of the places further off the beaten path in the southern part of the state, way more stunning.
