This park is right off a main highway next to what appears to be an abandoned mechanic shop, and some other yucky retail. Behind is a new construction development that appears to be medical office buildings--they are nice but strange to look out and see that. The river walk is not visible from the park, and you need to walk down through overgrown weeds and litter to get to a paved county walk. It was actually pretty dirty and gross and not the stroll along the river you are expecting. Even though the price for this park was high for visitors, it seems to be occupied mostly by permanent residents. They were NOT friendly and actually a bit creepy; I did not feel safe even just staying over night. Most RVs in the park are very old and delapidated, and there is a ton of broken junk outside. I only stayed a night but listened to a dad yelling at his kids for at least an hour and a couple fighting. Super sketchy place, even the guy at the desk was creepy. AVOID!!

Although this park is pretty tight, they have added fences for privacy between sites. Landscaping and maintenance was immaculate with not a weed in site, and large hanging baskets filled with flowers. Everyone gets either a grassy area and picnic table or a concrete pad with plenty of space to eat and relax outdoors despite the small park size. There is a community fire pit, gazebo, and a cute dog walk area. Across the street is a small field with 1 house that has chickens and roosters - you will hear them crowing all day long. Across the side street is a big field where many people take walks and/or walk their dogs. Location is 1 block from town and super convenient. Loved the comraderie with owners Pete & Lisa, and workampers Bob & Shelia. Even the permanent RVers are super nice. A really great RV park with the nicest people!

This RV park was packed. Sites were unorganized and right on top of each other with no privacy. The center sites back up to a community lawn with firepits & picnic tables, so your neighbor is essentially RIGHT behind your camper. Everyone is in the center lawn in their small groups until the wee hours of the night, so don't plan on having your shades open or going to bed early. It felt like I had pulled up in the middle of someone's family reunion event though the groups were not together. The game room has tons of fun stuff for kids, but I was surprised it was open since everyone was supposed to be quarantining at the time. Gravel road around campsite was pretty dusty and kicked up dust whenever anyone went by and turns were very sharp and narrow -- a bit hard to navigate with a bigger rig but doable if you take your time and are very careful. There were lots of people ripping around very fast on ATVs and dirt bikes and children and dogs running around which seemed like an accident waiting to happen.

This RV park is off of busy, noisy highway and across from a car dealership. Feels like a big parking lot they put RVs in. No extra vehicle parking; you have to park on the main thoroughfare street which doesn’t feel safe. RVs are just crammed together. Staff is very friendly and nice, however. Would be fine for an overnight but wouldn’t recommend longer.

Staff was very helpful and nice and park was treed and shady. But there was overgrown grass & weeds everywhere, dead bushes, and poor landscaping maintenance. About half the park appear to be permanent residents and lower-income by the condition of their trailers and the mess of broken stuff sitting outside, but they were quiet and friendly. The location is on a busy street and the park backs up to a mini-mall and undeveloped parking lot. But it was decent, reasonably priced, and located close to the lake and town. Wish they would invest more in upkeep and maintenance.

Other than the noise from the highway, this was a lovely RV resort. There are 3 tiers of sites, with the bottom being all grass, meticulously mowed and cared for. Sites are HUGE with plenty of space outside the rig. The restaurant on-site is delicious and the clubhouse is clean and has a piano, foosball, ping pong, video games, community full kitchen, laundry facilities, showers, and a library and reading area around a fireplace. There is a play structure for kids, community fire pits with wood available, and lots of bench swings. There is a wrap-around deck on the clubhouse with relaxing chairs and a patio at the restaurant. The biggest perk was the staff--Glenda, Howie, Peach, Fuzz, Debbie, and everyone was so kind and welcoming and checked on me every few days as it was the first time traveling solo. And the private lakeside docks and small, grassy beach area with a boat launch into Flathead Lake was so nice! I ended up staying for a month because I was so comfortable and there is so much to do in the area. Highly recommend and will be back!

I was going to stay in a nearby campground that was forested, but decided to stay here for the convenience of being close to town. It was clean, very quiet and just a few blocks from shops and restaurants. The sites are a little close to each other, but not too bad. There is really no outdoor area or picnic tables for each site, but enough space for a few chairs on the side of your rig. Staff (not located on site) were very friendly.

Park is fairly packed with no privacy but it is amongst a lot of trees which provided great shade and some sound buffer. There were a lot of permanent residents so not a lot of space for visitors. Location was convenient, but the park was nothing special. It sort of felt like the owners were trying to squeeze as many spots as possible and do as little as possible which made it feel overpriced to me.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Location is very convenient with freeways and amenities within walking distance. Site is huge but there are trees for shade. Park is not well maintained as there was significant trash in my site when I pulled in and all around in the barkdust and grass. 3 piles of dog poop in my site, and the picnic table was falling apart and peeling with about 10 squeezed lime wedges tossed all around (margarita party prior)? I ended up grabbing gloves and trash bag and cleaning up my site, then using my blower to put the dirt and barkdust back where it belonged. Park was fine, but maintenance and upkeep was pretty poor. I shouldn't have to clean my site when I arrive and clean up someone else's dog poop and party leavings. Can't speak to community areas as they were all closed due to COVID.

This is a huge park with many park model permanent homes for seasonal residents. They add a charm and a ton of landscaping and personality to the park, however. Everyone seems to drive golf carts, play cards, and pickleball. Very cute community but definitely feels like a retirement community. The site had a tree and well-kept grass, although the back of the site had workers there doing something with power lines for 2 days. People were very friendly even though I'm definitely not close to retirement age. There is a large community building--the barn--which has pool tables, a large, free library, and side rooms in addition to the main space where many clubs and activities take place. I had to work for 2 days out of the barn due to power issues in my rig; WiFi worked great and it was quiet and mostly private (until the weekly poker game came in and the morning hearts cardplayers were there). There is also a small pond with a deck, BBQ, fire pit, and eating area overlooking it - very quaint. And the food in the store and daily lunch special is cheap--they even sell fresh baked bread and pastries made by a guest daily for a few dollars! Very cute community, but probably not a good fit for millennial hard-core outdoorsy types.
