“one of the NEWEST and most modern RV facility on the Olympic Peninsula”
We are located between the magnificent Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan De Fuca in the quaint city of Sequim. Pronounced "S'kwim" in the native language of the S' Klallam Tribe, it means "Quiet Waters". Because of its proximity to the mountains we sit in a rain shadow, and only get 16 inches of rainfall per year. Many refer to our location as the "banana belt" of Washington State. In fact - our climate is similar to Provence, France, the Lavender Capitol of the world. For this reason, we have around 40 lavender farms in the Sequim-Dungeness valley. Gaining recognition from all over the country, the Lavender Festival is an annual event you will want to experience.

We said we'd come back and we did. Got a pull-through along the back and had nice views of the mountains. Still snug, but not bad. They have maintained the cleanliness and beauty of the park. These sites are unlevel in both directions and we were unable to get level front to back. Jack pads are required and they have them in the office if you don't already carry them.
The only place I know that provided Internet for streaming - very nice!
Still a lovely little city park.

This is a small, 27-site park with FHU's (some interior sites are 30 amp), exceptionally well-maintained with nice picnic tables at each site. Community fire pit in small park-like area at end of park. Dog walk area. Showers and laundryroom. Hosts are very helpful, and very friendly. Almost every guest had a dog and all were quiet most of the time
Sites 1-8 have concrete and grass sitting area, the others, including the pull-through sites along the back, have gravel and grass. Small trees throughout but this is a city park.
Close to the cute little downtown of Sequim, in walking distance to eateries and great shopping. Restaurant and coffee kiosk at the end of the block.
Easy access from Hwy 101, but absolutely no noise from the highway.
Unfortunately the sites are very close together. Our neighbor to the rear was close to our bedroom window while at their picnic table. And our other neighbors were at their picnic table having breakfast while we were dumping our tanks in their "yard".
We would stay again if we can get a pull through site.

Gilgal is a small park, very clean and well maintained. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Park is situated off the main drag and surrounded by empty lots and a very large field. It is an easy walk to just about anywhere in the downtown core and an easy bike ride to the Olympic Discovery Trail. The wifi is very fast, streaming has never been a problem. Full hookups, two rows of back in spots and one row of pull-through spots. All spots are paved and even, small grassy patch at each site with picnic table. Laundry room, again, clean and well maintained. We were there for three months and never once was there a machine out of order. Comfortable clubhouse with a pool table, kitchen, several tables and a large TV with cable where we watched all our football games this season. Small dog run and a small covered park area with seating. Many options for food within short distance and a great coffee shop two blocks away.
Rates shown above are for fall/winter. Summer is far more.

Pros:
- Including the title, location is within walking distance of downtown.
- Has a large open field nearby that is perfect for walking dogs.
- Friendly folks made you feel like part of a family.
- Clubhouse had great tv, free coffee and tea, great collection of movies and books.
- Free showers.
Cons:
- A bit tight for our 33 foot trailer. You park in front of your rig perpendicularly and our neighbor had to move their car both on coming and going for us to safely exit.
- On our second to last day, someone opened our dryer in the laundry room shortly after we started and scattered our clothes. So we came back to wet clothes and no time left on dryer. I’ll assume this was just a disrespectful oblivious idiot who has a special place reserved in hell.
Note that our daily rate reflects a monthly rate of about $475 during winter plus $100 we spent on electricity.

Although this park is pretty tight, they have added fences for privacy between sites. Landscaping and maintenance was immaculate with not a weed in site, and large hanging baskets filled with flowers. Everyone gets either a grassy area and picnic table or a concrete pad with plenty of space to eat and relax outdoors despite the small park size. There is a community fire pit, gazebo, and a cute dog walk area. Across the street is a small field with 1 house that has chickens and roosters - you will hear them crowing all day long. Across the side street is a big field where many people take walks and/or walk their dogs. Location is 1 block from town and super convenient. Loved the comraderie with owners Pete & Lisa, and workampers Bob & Shelia. Even the permanent RVers are super nice. A really great RV park with the nicest people!

This park is exceptionally clean with superb wifi. On the dark side, spaces are very tight and if you are anything other than a heterosexual, white Protestant I suggest you go elsewhere. Very disrespectful.

We don't normally stay in RV parks, but we needed to recharge our batteries after our solar panels couldn't find enough sunshine through the Washington cloud! So we booked in for 1 night here.
This is a small park and the sites are fairly close together as in a lot of RV parks. But the sites are paved and level and everything was modern and worked well. The staff were so friendly; you can tell they really take pride in the facility and make it as welcoming as possible. The facilities; laundry room and club room were really clean.
From here you can walk to the cute town of Sequim. There is a grocery store over the road and a coffee shop a few minutes away. The area has lots to offer and if you like to have all the conveniences of an RV park this would be a great choice.

This is a small RV park near the downtown area of Sequim. The RV park seems to be made up of 80% full timers. However, the park must have some pretty strict rules for full timers because all sites are very clean and tidy. It doesn’t have the full timer “feel”. With that said, this is not the type of park that you are going to get your chairs out for relaxation. Sites are packed together tightly and very little space. They require that all stabilizers and jacks have pads so make sure you have those with you. They do supply wood blocks if you forget pads. There is small patches of grass between sites and a small dog area on west-side of park. There is a new Costco nearby plus Wal-Mart and many other stores. It was a good place to stay to visit the north side of Olympic National Park, Don’t miss the drive thru wild animal park. It is quite the experience. They provided cable TV to all sites.

Small gem of an RV resort (just 28 spaces). Sites are close together but angled and landscaped for privacy. Each site is level, paved with picnic tables and a bit of grass. Plus it is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
We enjoyed the easy biking access to the Olympic Discovery Trail and grocery shopping (just a block or so away).
The staff was helpful, courteous and informative.
Our price per night reflects the weekly rate. We would have stayed longer, but the resort was booked.
