Took advantage of the laundry room (pretty nice, $2.00 wash/ 50 cents to dry). Liked the layout of this park-lots of big rigs-probably lots of full timers. Quiet.
We did have to go to Whole Foods for groceries and paid $6 toll fee (for just the van)

For the cost of this place, I just wasn't that impressed. My biggest complaint is not being able to use the wifi. They advertise wifi, but the first three days none at all. Day four it was on and off (almost more frustrating because you keep hoping it will work.) When I mentioned it to the office staff that wifi was important for me to plan my upcoming stays, I got a very rude response
"Well, I'll reboot the modem"
There was no swimming pool as other reviewer mentioned - at least not on site.
Laundry was clean and neighbors were friendly.

This is the only RV park, so they get away with charging to much for what it is.

Park is fairly packed with no privacy but it is amongst a lot of trees which provided great shade and some sound buffer. There were a lot of permanent residents so not a lot of space for visitors. Location was convenient, but the park was nothing special. It sort of felt like the owners were trying to squeeze as many spots as possible and do as little as possible which made it feel overpriced to me.

Solid 4 stars!
Stayed for a week until July 3
Pull through. Full hookups. Gravel site.
Very close to groceries, restaurants, gas, etc.
Treelined roads. Nice picnic tables.
The pull through sites are generously long and quite a bit wider than typical park pull through sites, which is nice.
Hookups seemed all fairly new.
Preference mention: The gravel stones were really large on our site so you can feel them through your shoes which can be uncomfortable. Again, just something to mention that isn't a big deal. Dogs hated the large gravel.
Wifi: was more consistent than the average campground. As expected, made for light computer work and it suits that need well.
Cell Service/Data: AT&T was slightly better than Verizon, but both were good enough,

The title “resort” might be misleading. Outside of having FHU, and a tiny dog play area and swing set—not resort-y.
But some sites are lovely.
Great big trees.
Less than a mile to Gig Harbor waterfront which is charming.
Cushman walking/biking trail is right around the corner too.

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay. We had a premium pull through site, #95 in the upper section of the park. Our site was large, private and shady. We had a gravel parking pad and picnic table area surrounded by trees and shrubs. Everything in the park is well maintained, and staff were friendly and helpful. Roads are paved and drivable in any size RV. Good WiFi and T-mobile reception. We had a couple of instances of low water pressure, but otherwise all utilities worked as expected. There is a fenced dog park and several leash walk areas. We didn’t hear any road noise. Easy access from Route 16 and a sign marks the entrance to the park. We recommend this park and plan to return in the future.

We arrived 35 minutes before check-in and it was no problem. No privacy. This place is not for us. We booked 3 nights and when we pulled in we knew it was a mistake. We stayed one of the three nights and left the next day. They stand by their 14 day cancellation policy. We lost the other two nights. O’well. During the winter months most of the sites have people living in them. Their stay can be up to 6 months. They leave when the summer rates increase.

Great location. Very close to the Gig Harbor points of interest. The amenities here all seem new and the staff is helpful. Two unique features we appreciated are the app-based laundry that tells you when your laundry is done and the dog washing station. We are on the tail end of a long road trip and our dog was in need of a bath after swimming in lakes, hiking, etc. This campground has a dog-washing station like you would find at a groomer with a dog shampoo dispensing station beside it. We did not know about this before we booked the site, but it was a nice surprise!
A nice clean RV park with excellent, modern washers. The kids loved the playground.
