Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on July 26, 2021La Conner Marina RV Park used to be known as Potlatch RV Resort. It is now owned/managed by the Port of Skagit in La Conner.
We stayed here over an extended July 4th weekend in 2016. The primary goal of the trip was to explore Whidbey Island and take a day trip to Friday Harbor on the ferry. We had also heard good things about the town of La Conner itself so we thought this would be a good "base" for the long weekend - and it was.
If your stay is primarily focused on the property itself (e.g. pulling out the camp chairs and sitting around a fire with a great view) this is probably not the place for you. In fact some may disagree with my overall rating - but that is why I'm writing up our point of view.
The RV park is essentially a parking lot with very small grass strips, no privacy or landscaping between the sites (see photo I included). It wouldn't be bad if the Port of Skagit invested a little money in landscape upgrades...
The park was very quiet each night (except for the 4th of course) and there is an on-site camp host who is attentive.
The sites do include electric, water and sewer which all worked fine. We did not check out the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities. But judging by the rest of the marina area my guess is that they are tidy.
Some of the sites are shorter - many guests had to park their tow vehicle in a nearby spot. Some do accommodate larger rigs. For the 4th weekend they had to fit everyone in since it was packed.
What we really liked about staying here was that is was a very short (10 min) walk into the town of La Conner which does live to the water. We had 2 very nice dinners in town and enjoyed walking around and exploring the various shops. It was also close enough for us to explore Whidbey Island and hop over to Anacortes to take the ferry to San Juan Island.
While the sites themselves don't have a view, you are right across the street from the marina and a short walk over will deliver nice water views and sunsets.
Bottom line: it really depends on what you're looking for when staying in this area. We did drive over to the nearby Thousand Trails "Resort" and felt even better about our choice staying here.

We stayed here twice in a matter of weeks. The park is a little out of the way of any major attractions but a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle.
Scott M. gave a pretty complete review so I'll just touch on a few other points.
The company website states that they have spaces up to 37' long but we had no real issues tucking our 42' fifth wheel into the above listed spaces. There is parking for additional vehicles across the main entrance road.
Families with younger kids will appreciate the school playground, sports fields, and skate park within short walking distance.
All hook ups are at the driver rear corner so some rigs might need extensions. We needed an additional 10' of water hose to connect.

The La Conner RV "Resort" is not really a resort, though it does have laundry and showers. Sites are close together and don't have picnic tables or fire rings. It was relatively empty during the week, but filled up on the weekend.
The bright side to this campground is it's location to La Conner. It's just 10 minute walk into town which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, otherwise, in my opinion this is a 3 star RV park.
We were here for a week and every day during our stay, there was marching band practice for HOURS in the field next door and they aren't all practicing together so the sound was a mish-mash of noise until 10pm every day (in June). As I'm writing this, it's 9am on Saturday and I can hear a xylophone practicing scales.

I was going to stay in a nearby campground that was forested, but decided to stay here for the convenience of being close to town. It was clean, very quiet and just a few blocks from shops and restaurants. The sites are a little close to each other, but not too bad. There is really no outdoor area or picnic tables for each site, but enough space for a few chairs on the side of your rig. Staff (not located on site) were very friendly.

We stayed in a Premium site, enjoyed the view of the Fields behind us. Extremely quiet, open, not dusty. Downside, people don’t pick up after their Pets. We have two Shelties & think of others so we’re not the Culprits…
Otherwise, pleasant overall. Laundry accepts cards only which is extremely convenient since coins are hard to come by.
5G t-Mobile is 5-stars at our Site, it’s not listed as an option yet.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. This park is tight in the section we were in with just about 6ft of grass between asphalt pads. There are no picnic tables in this section either. The section near the entrance did have tables so they must be the higher priced sites. The park’s bathrooms are across the road in the marina parking lot. They were clean and shared a building with a reasonably priced laundry room. We were given a code, but the door never seemed to be locked while we were there. The real bonus here is how close to town you are. We walked or rode bikes in to town almost every day. The town is really charming.

We stayed here for a week to visit La Conner and the surrounding area. The sites here are pretty close together but if it's not full the hosts do a good job spreading people out. The WiFi was solid and being in town the cell service was great as well.

it is a challenge to park a 34' trailer. the roads are narrow, but I was in luck that no one was in front. it allowed me to borrow their space to help me fit the trailer into the site. Still took me 4 attempts. I agree the sites are close to one another and they are not long enough to park a vehicle + your RV. you get a parking pass to let you park in the marina parking lot. it is a short walk. didn't bother me at all. dog enjoyed walking the marina several times a day.
They also have rv storage if you need it in the neighboring parking lot. cost is $7/day or $75/mo.
package delivery is a hot mess. the marina is on 3rd, but the mailing address is on 2nd. so they always end up at residential address. even if you put the marina name on it. so odd, the USPS, Fedex and UPS refuse to delivery to the marina and instead leave at this residential address. the owner is very kind and lets the marina know. they will go get it and let you know. So... I have to echo what others say. the staff are amazing!
I would and already plan to stay here again. They are also storing my trailer while I am out of the country.
