When we arrived, i was disappointed in the appearance. In the end, it was a good value with great infrastructure. It has what you need and everything worked well. We stayed 2 days. This park's appearance does not reflect the best of the park. Donna, the owner is terrific to work with and hard working. First the good. The bathrooms and showers are the best and cleanest we have seen in 5 years of full time travel. The power is correct, provides 50 amp service at every site and outlets are tight. Sites are roomy and have privacy fences between sites. Water pressure was great and was softened. Firewood was provided at each site free. Next, the "needs improvement". The sites need better gravel and need to be weeded. Some TLC here would help alot.
If you want a park with connections that work well and facilities that are clean, this park does very well. I would stay again.

Only stayed 2 nights but will stay again. Owners really took care of us. The number of sites is small but the sites are excellent! Large concrete pads with picnic tables and fire pits. Beautiful trees around some sites. Utilities worked great. Clean laundry. Small store that is well stocked and has a great gift shop. $39 a night. These owners have worked hard on this park and should be rewarded with visits from this group.

New RV park conveniently located on a hill between Cottonwood & Camp Verde. All sites and roads are gravel. Sites are wide, but not all are very level, so bring extra blocks. Beautiful views! There is currently only one laundry room for this large park, so plan ahead. All utilities worked well.

Really nice small casino. Quiet stay. Great staff. If you need a free stay along 101, this place is it. Security on-site.
Beautiful park, paved spaces are large and can accommodate extra vehicles. New laundry and pool for the RV section. You can also use the other pools, and sports facilities at the attached resort community. This was our 3rd stay in a year. Conviently located to shopping and Hwy 60 for easy access to Superstition Mountains and Phoenix.

Only some of the sites have sewer. The rest have access to a $20 honey truck. Nice place. Very family friendly. Very close to so many great activities. Staff was nice and helpful. Lots of trees. Road by our site but really not an issue. Has fire pits at some or all of the sites. Seems well maintained. We would come back.

We are full time travelers in a class C and were looking for 2 days with FHU to do laundry and utilities. This place is primarily for full season trailers and boats. Only one other motorhome in the park. But they did accommodate us on short notice. The staff worked hard for us but was fighting the infrastructure. They did not have room for larger motorhomes. As such, their sites are not well suited for short term motorhome visits. Our site did have FHU but the water faucet had no handle. A pliers was used to turn water on and off. The voltage at the post varied from 104 VAC to 120. We had to use an Autoformer. I chose not to use the sewer on my site because my rig has a low outlet, even with auto levelers, and the sewer connection was slightly uphill by the driver's door. The sites were better suited to long term trailers with lots of leveling blocks. The park was quiet. Laundry was clean and worked fine. The store had good supplies. The staff worked hard but the park itself is older and needs a refresh if they want to attract short term visitors. I don't think this is their business model.

We really love this resort. (It’s not a campground). It’s perfectly maintained. A little bit strict but I like it that way because I don’t like it when folks pile junk outside their rigs. The amenities are well used and have good participation so plenty of nice people to meet. The down side is internet connectivity. I checked cellmapper and none of the carriers target this property with coverage. With Verizon our iPhones 11’s can make calls but almost no data service. The park WIFI is non-existent unless you are in the common buildings. We still work so this is a problem. I’m putting up my weboost to see if I can get past this.

This park has it own strengths. A bit rundown but still a great experience for us. Tony, the owner, really treated us well. Let us stay in empty water front sites while they were empty at our lower rate. Met lots of really fine, fun families and older couples. Tons of great laughs around the waterfront fire pits. Excellent, historic hotel and restaurant across the street. Don’t miss it. Really excellent seafood store right at the marina where fish and crabs are caught and processed so fresh! Funky little park in a quiet little town. Yes, the sites are tight but everyone was cool and fun. We will be back. WIFI was excellent. 40 up and down. Did not overload at night.

Their pictures make this place look great but our experience was disappointing. I would use this place if I had too but it’s old, tired and not well maintained. Any one of these following issues could be ignored but together, they tell the underlying story. The road in was dirt with a few serious holes. Hit them and you’d be unhappy. The entire park is mostly dirt road, not clean gravel. Our site had no location flat enough for levelers. I had to use many inches of blocks under the levelers. My front tires are off the ground and the step is high off the ground. The power at the post is 103VAC. Had to use an Autoformer to run AC. My sewer exit is lower than most. The sewer drain was 10” off the ground and had no screw in feature for the 90deg into the pipe. The sewer was almost 20’ from the nearest, farthest back point of the rig. It was difficult to rig a way for the sewer hose to stay in the pipe. The run to the pipe was flat and sewage would barely run the 20’. Many of the sites were occupied by families for the summer. They book the season and use it when they can. They move their kids mess to their new outdoor living room. I don’t mid the kids and their play at all. I hate that the parents hang clothes, lay diaper bags and all their s..t all over their site. We asked for a new site but despite the fact that sites were empty, they were “full”. We full time and see maybe 50+ campgrounds a year. This is in my bottom 5.
