We love Valle de Guadalupe. Great wine and food. Maybe like Sonoma 40 years ago? The location of the park is great, right next to a vineyard and close to everything. Luke from the Rancho Sordo Mundo (school for the deaf) across the street will usually come by and you can give him a donation for your stay. He has some great recommendations on where to eat and taste wine.

On the downside, the electrical connections can be a bit sketchy (welcome to Mexico!).

We enjoyed our stay here. The other reviews seem to cover all the details so I won't rehash anything. I posted a link to a YouTube video of our spot in the blog section. Some traffic and dust from inconsiderate people who don't slow down on the road. I try to slow down my Jeep by campsites and people walking/running/biking on the road.

We stayed next to Life Rebooted - great review! - and agree with all the positives they detailed. The views are amazing. The access to hiking is awesome. We came the week before Easter and it was very crowded. Pink Jeeps and ATVs everywhere.

We enjoyed Palatki Heritage Site and filled a water jug at the parking lot.

Really good over air broadcast TV. We are Survivor junkies! Verizon was pretty good and Sprint 3G was ok.

When we first pulled into the campground the winds were howling and the sand was blasting everyone camped on the beach. We opted to stay in the upper area gravel lot closer to the camp host sites. We ended up staying there the entire time as the views were great and we could just drive or walk to the beach when we wanted.

We enjoyed paddling around the lake and exploring the area. One thing to note on the fees there is an entry fee and a camping fee. If you have a parks pass you are covered on the entry fee. One of the reviews mistakes the $25 entry fee for a weeks camping.

We met up with friends here and enjoyed a week of boondocking. Great place to hike around. Lots of trails for 4x4 and mountain biking.

Note: If you are coming from the West Google Maps and GPS might tell you to get off at the Salome Highway exit. Don't do it! It's a dirt road until you get to Courthouse Road. Instead, drive to Tonopah and take the exit.

We spent 10 days here over the New Year's holiday. Even with a little rain and wind it will still an awesome place to stay. Close to Borrego Springs if you need supplies but far enough away to experience a little desert solitude. We enjoyed great hiking in the area and exploring off road in our Jeep.

We enjoyed our stay here and Zion National Park. As some of the other reviews mention it can be a little tricky to get in here so definitely scout it out before driving your rig in. We stayed in a large spot above the dam. The views are great and it's a pretty easy drive into the park.

One thing to watch out for is rain. The ground is rock hard when dry but will quickly turn into a sticky red mud that would be really bad for 2wd or an RV. Fortunately when it rained for a day we waited for it to dry out and we have a Jeep.

The moutain biking and hiking on the other side of the canyon are great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I've been wanting to RV in Baja for a long time but my wife was a little reluctant so I proposed San Felipe as a safe compromise. It's an easy drive here from El Centro, CA. The town has seen better days as evidenced from the abandoned condo projects and shuttered businesses but still has it charms. Awesome inexpensive food and drinks. A lively malecon to stroll on and people watch. Sand and sea. Warm and friendly people.

Victor's is an older park as are most in the area as new development is happening on the other side of the sea in Puerto Penasco. We scored an ocean front spot next to our friends. The hookups are little on the sketchy side but we didn't have any problems. The spot itself was not built for class A RVs with slides so we ended up parking perpendicular in front of it.

Positives :
-Beachfront with nice shaded structures
-Awesome friendly people running the park including Lilly Victor's wife who is extremely helpful and accommodating
-Good free wifi
-Close to town but not too close when things get busy
-Great Telcel reception we used roaming on Verizon and our friends on T-Mobile

Negatives:
-Limited number of beachfront spots
-Older electrical and sewer connections
-Narrow spots

All in all a great experience and we would definitely come back.

This is a nice place to stay if you are visiting the Mt. St. Helens area. The park is small with grassy sites (a little unlevel). Full hookups. Wifi at the site was usable. The resort's restaurant was good. Park management was friendly and helpful.

A good deal with Passport America discount.
