Each site had water and electrical, the 50amp was not working at the time we were there but we were able to use the 30amp.
They do have very basic washrooms with showers and toilets although one of the stalls did not have a curtain for privacy in the ladies restroom.
This is a pay by donation RV Park with all proceeds going to the School for the Deaf across the street.
Great cell coverage for AT&T Mexico and TELCEL

We love Valle de Guadalupe. Great wine and food. Maybe like Sonoma 40 years ago? The location of the park is great, right next to a vineyard and close to everything. Luke from the Rancho Sordo Mundo (school for the deaf) across the street will usually come by and you can give him a donation for your stay. He has some great recommendations on where to eat and taste wine.
On the downside, the electrical connections can be a bit sketchy (welcome to Mexico!).

This is one of our favourite last stops on the Baja. The fees are by donation and many RV'ers also donate grocery items before the Tecate border crossing. The donations go to the Sordo-Mudo school.

Rustic, but very centrally located. You could spend a month here and not wine taste your way through Mexico’s only winery country. Some of the top chefs in Mexico have eateries here now. You can enjoy wonderful tacos from 20 pesos (US$1.00) to US$100 6-course meals.
The park is a revenue source for the charity across the road that has built and operates deaf schools all across Mexico. There are 20+ pull-throughs down the middle with water and electric, 9 full-service spots for monthly rental, and a dump station.
There is some road noise at night, but a fan hides it well.

We arrived in the afternoon, picked a pull through spot and got ourselves set up. Traveling in a 32’ class c with a 20’ trailer with small SUV on it. Did not have to unhook. Park could use some TLC , but you for the amazing price of $20 that Lucas charged us per night, this place is perfectly located. With quick easy access to the main Highway. But because you are next to the main Highway, you will get a lot of road noise at night and throughout the day. Available restrooms/showers are decent, with hot water at all time. Almost all the sites are pull through with water and electrical. There is three or four back up sites with full hookups. There’s a dump station on site.
