This place has everything needed for an overnighter or short stay (they allow three nights). For starters, it’s a HUGE parking lot so access in and out is very easy. They allow you to drop your rig which is nice so reprovisioning and fueling is easy, lots of retail within driving distance. When you arrive, call Security (916) 408-8238 and they’ll send someone over to get your info, they’re very welcoming. To top it off, excellent Verizon signal. Did three laps around the enormous parking lot and got in 3 miles of walking. Not the most scenic but hey it’s FREE. Only downside is a train that occasionally comes through so not the quietest location either but not a dealbreaker for us. Will definitely return when passing through the area.

Easy to find, easy access, easy to fuel up nearby. Told by security that dropping fifth wheel not allowed, must stay connected. Noisy and definitely fills up in the evening. However, the price is right, so definitely would stay here again to break up a trip.

What can I say except it’s very convenient, right off I 90, and if you get there early enough (we got here at 10 am) you can grab one of the free 30/50 amp hookups. No water or sewer but can’t beat free electricity. Made a point to visit the gift shop/restaurant/bar to support them. Lots of people coming and going on an August weekend so pretty busy. And to top it off, a strong 2 bar Verizon signal. Would definitely stop here again.

Perfect for just passing through, easy access, stayed in big area on first left side turnoff, fire pit, reasonably level site, but very noisy on a Sunday with lots of weekend warriors, dirt bikes, ATVs, etc. But excellent Verizon signal and price (free!) made up for it. Would definitely stay here again.

Six sites, all grass, most easy pull thrus. We were one of three rigs here. 50 amps in site 2. However, only sites 1 and 6 have water at their sites (4 hose bibs at both sites) so you’ll need a long water hose if you’re in sites 2-5. Hence my 3 star review. However, we did have a nice shade tree and it was very quiet on a Saturday night in hot August. Mostly consider this a convenient overnighter for passing through. Very good Verizon signal. Although other reviews mention a price discount, there was no indication of this at the honor pay box and no one around to ask so I just paid the $30 as shown on their sign. All in all, would stay again if passing through.

Our second time here. We really like this place, although this time we were only allowed a two night stay because they were getting ready for the fair. Extremely easy in and out. And a secure place to base for seeing the sights of the Twin Falls area. Excellent Verizon signal to boot. Definitely will be back.

This was a convenient overnight stop on our way from the Seattle area toYellowstone, right off I 90. Pleasant camp host gave us a spot in the grass with some afternoon shade. Because of COVID, gave us discounted price of $20 for 30 amp and water, no sewer, since we couldn’t use restroom facilities. Have seen train but noise is hidden by the sound of our AC - 103 here today, HOT! Would definitely stop here again, serves our purposes just fine.

Our second time here, hadn’t planned to spend a week but it was so perfect we couldn’t leave. Sparsely populated except on the weekend when the climbers and hikers arrived but still not crowded. Breathtakingly quiet, gorgeous sunsets, and starry starry nights. Lots of ground squirrels/chipmunks/quail to observe, even saw a tarantula on one of our many bike rides. Trails for hiking. Fire rings at most sites so we had a campfire every night. Dry camping at its best. The road into the campground from the main road has minor washboarding with a stretch at the end that’s pretty bad but just take it slow. 19 mile drive into Barstow for provisioning/fuel/etc. Excellent Verizon coverage. Will definitely return.

Just passing through, returning to Washington from Arizona. Conveniently located to take 97 northbound. Office and restrooms were closed because of Covid but easy to make online reservations and our check in envelope taped to office door so easy enough. Laundry room open, honor system for paying $2 wash $2 dry. Very nice Grocery Outlet walkable and almost right next door. Excellent Verizon signal with external antenna, easily streamed tv. Slightly noisy because of Pilot truck stop nearby. Not the most scenic but it smelled of pines and beautiful Mt. Shasta visible. Would definitely stay again as an overnighter.

Served our purposes well, as we used as a base to do a Snake River jet boat trip in Hell’s Canyon (Hell’s Canyon Adventures, highly recommend). Pleasant office staff. Quiet location. And an excellent Verizon signal. Would definitely stay again when passing through Baker City on I 84.
